Wonderful snorkelling experience with a great and friendly crew who made sure the experience ran smoothly. Nice lunch and facilities on the boat too and we saw loads of dolphins which was amazing as well.

The best day trip we have ever been on. We loved every second of it. Multiple opportunities to watch dolphins up close and swim with them. Fantastic snorkelling with amazing marine life to see. Food was delicious and soft drinks available at all times. The best part were the crew who made everyone feel safe, welcome and entertained. My youngest child said that he missed them when we left the boat as they were so engaging with the kids onboard. Activities catered for different abilities and ages. The photos and videos available at the end are a fantastic memento of the day. Really well organised and relaxed day and would 100% recommend to anyone. Great value for money

Shocking avoid like the plague

Didn’t even leave, the boat didn’t even leave the dock! Shocking and was told we might not even see dolphin baring in mind it was a dolphin tour! Guides and local rude and aggressive!

I would not recommend this tour to my worst enemy because no wetsuits were provided for a snorkeling activity in water that was 17-18 degrees Celsius according to the guide. It may have been colder. Additionally, the snorkels were of bad quality, just holes and the water kept getting inside, but I could have dealt with that if we had a full set of snorkel equipment. He said because that was warmer than the air, the water would feel warm. Really?! I have snorkeled in first and third world counties before, in very warm and very cold conditions, and ALWAYS been offered a wetsuit. Furthermore, the “instructor” was wearing a 5mm wetsuit with hood and afterward complained about how cold he was all the while telling us “You do not need a wetsuit snorkelling, only scuba diving.” He also said “It’s your problem if you are cold” and “I am cold because I am from a warmer country than you.” He then proceeded to deny our concerns. My boyfriend tried to nicely suggest that they get wetsuits for future tours, and they were very rude about that. There were also several other problems with the “El Mansour” boat and crew. They kept telling us about how we did not get to see dolphins because of the weather, but we never complained about this. Perhaps they should not write that the chance of seeing dolphins is 90% when it is actually less than 10%, but we never complained about this. Other boats do actually see dolphins every day, so they were lying to us. They took a €5 or 100EGP fee to enter a dolphin reserve in cash. The tour description says €3, plus we NEVER entered anything where there was a fee to pay. Meanwhile, other boats do not change this as it is included. We didn’t complain about the staff blasting music and rocking the boat (induces seasickness) for fun at 9 am when the rest of us were resting. We didn’t complain about the food. I honestly had no expectations except to be given snorkel equipment, which in cold temperatures includes a wetsuit. It actually includes a wetsuit in any temperatures, at least the option of one. I truly think a child, who could drop their body temperature quicker than an adult, could be in a life-threatening environment on this trip. I would also like to mention that someone dislocated their shoulder 3 times (repeated dislocation) on this trip and they recommended getting some cream from the pharmacy. They had NO emergency action plan on open water or on land. They parent company does have better boats and did offer us a second day trip. After this awful experience, we didn’t want to do it, but our friend did and said it was good. However, I do not recommend booking through here as it is a crapshoot what kind of tour you will get. Find a good boat, and book directly through them.

Great value trip, some really good snorkelling sites. Dolphins swimming is weather permitting but to be expected in February. Food is excellent and the crew are very accommodating and good fun. Would recommend.

Es war mein erstes Mal Schnorcheln. Es gab zwar keine Einführung dazu, aber man kam damit ziemlich schnell zurecht. Man hat viel Leben in den Riffen gesehen. Delphine sind auch an unserem Tag unterwegs gewesen und konnten gut beobachtet werden. Der Speedboat-Spaß am Ende war zwar kurz, aber ziemlich cool! Das Essen hat ebenfalls geschmeckt. Die Tour kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Ездили семьей с ребенком 9 лет, все очень довольны! Нас забрали на микроавтобусе у отеля, привезли в дайвинг центр, где можно было выбрать себе ласты по размеру и маску с трубкой. Было человек 20, на кораблике не тесно. С дельфинами поплавать не удалось (слишком большие волны), но насмотрелись вдоволь! Было 2 купания на рифах, на первом было еще несколько групп, на втором - только наша. Рифы красивые, много рыб. Обед очень понравился даже ребенку! Также можно пить чай, кофе, воду, газировку. В конце было катание на надувном диванчике, всех прокатили по одному разу, но нам понравилось. В общем - за эту стоимость (одна из самых дешевых) очень рекомендую!

Tolle Stimmung und tolle Crew. Sie haben dafür gesorgt das meinen Kindern nichts passiert wenn ich es gerade nicht gesehen habe. Tolles Essen und super Erlebnis. Mache es wieder und empfehle es auch weiter. Man bekommt viel für den Preis.

Toller Ausflug die Besatzung war richtig toll es wurde alles auf deutsch erklärt. Wir haben dann sogar auch Delphine gesehen. Ein tolles Essen an Bord gehabt und eine Menge Spaß gehabt. Ich kann die Tour nur jedem empfehlen. 😊😊😊
