The guide just points out pictures spots, no knowledge and no explanations. Everything is rushed so they can try and make you spend money. The only time they explained something was where to buy magnets. Not one start because launch was good.

Great experience Especially in the Egyptian museum Spend how much time you can in there Some guides including ours was a bit to pushy there to finish quicker and insisted for a boat trip on Nile even if that wasn't in our trip itinerary here's a bit of a mafia there as you can see they work together

Dreadfully delapidated transport bus

A disasterously run down bus where we had to sit cramped on the back seat, which broke down for two hours on the outward journey. An unpleasant and unhelpful guide in charge of the transport. The English speaking guide was helpful, kind and considerate at the museum and at the pyramids. A most unpleasant experience overall being jostled and jolted and bumped about there and back. Viator you failed us here.

We booked this trip from Hurghada to Caira to see the Pyramids as thought we can't go to Egypt without seeing them. We booked the trip knowing it had stated 17 hours round trip, it did over run and took 24hrs but WELL WORTH IT! - Our tour guide was brilliant I can't remember her name but pic is attached, she was very informative and knowledgeable. We were taken the Caira museum first and seeing King TUT burial headdress was definiately a high point. We were offered an extra excursion for 400LE which we are glad we took up as this included a boat ride along the city showing Caira and Giza and a camel ride into the Sahara to see the pyramids at a better angle, without the illegal sellers pestering us, which was so much more pleasurable. The whole trip was exhausting but so worth it and totally good value for money! Well done Viator for another superb excusion on your site.

Ne passer jamais par VIATOR les prix sont bcp plus élevés que les autres prestataires sans parler que tout au long de la journée il y a des extras (aucune info au départ de l’excursion) et que ns ne pouvons refusé sinon il faut attendre la groupe…. À la fin, votre journée coûte le double !!!! (Taxes, extras etc).

Es war mehr eine Kaffee Fahrt sind nur eine Stunde bei den Pyramiden gewesen an schritt und tritt muss was zurgezahlt werden mittag essen war nicht schlecht aber die Getränke nicht im Preis inbegriffen für eine 0.33 cola Dose 3 Euro ist viel zu teuer. Es war alles in einem enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.

Je suis contente de l'avoir fait, mais: J'ai regretté le temps trop court passé au musée du Caire (1h dont 1/4 d'heure dans la boutique de souvenir) au lieu des 3h annoncés dans le descriptif. La proposition de balade en bateau sur le Nil et en chameau au pied des pyramides qui s'ajoute 20€ par personne. Nous ne l'avons pas faite cette balade (pas prévu au budget) donc nous avons attendu à côté du bus (dommage il y avait tant de choses à voir au musée). Le temps pris pour nous amener dans une boutique de parfum et dans une boutique de Papyrus qui a du coup réduit notre temps à Guizeh. (50 minutes sur place c'est pas beaucoup je trouve) Le restaurant était très bien.

Malgré un voyage long ; ce fut une très belle expérience , accompagné d'Adel qui était professionnel et à l'ecoute de toutes nos questions. La visite du musée à été très intéressante ,cependant un peu au pas de course . Les pyramides étaient incroyables surtout vu de la promenade en dromadaires . Merci Adel de nous avoir accompagné.

Busfahrt eine einzige Katastrophe ( Hinfahrt 8,5 Std. , Rückfahrt 6 Std ). Reiseleiter im Bus schlichtweg eine Frechheit , bekamen keine Infos , die haben geraucht und Kaffee getrunken . Mittagessen grenzwertig . Reiseleiter in Kairo HERVORRAGEND .

Slechte trip! Zo’n 25 uur onderweg geweest terwijl het veel korter kon. Pick up was optijd maar er werd ons niks vermeld of gezegd. We hebben eerst 2 uren lang andere mensen opgehaald; vreselijk. De gids probeerde je van alles aan te smeren en spendeerden uren van de kostbare tijd in Caïro bij een parfumerie en nog ergens waar ik de naam niet van weet (commissie tentjes) Verder maar 1,5 uur bij de piramides geweest terwijl we uren langer spendeerden bij onzin winkeltjes. de lunche pas om 17 uur gehad wat erg slecht was en je betaalde 3€ voor een drankje. Verder de nijlcruise is dikke oplichterij. Je rijdt 15 min heen en dan de zelfde route terug. Niks speciaals aan dan alleen wat gebouwen zien… en dat voor 10 euro per persoon. Mijn tip is om gewoon iets meer geld uit te geven en dan een vlucht te boeken want dit was zonde van de tijd en een erg slechte organisatie.
