Our driver Mr. Hieu was friendly and punctual, and he always greeted us with a cheerful smile, which made us feel welcome throughout the trip. He was very helpful whenever we asked for assistance and was willing to honor our requests. For example, he spent quite some time to look for a restaurant that served chicken rice. However due to the Lunar New Year holiday, he was unable to find one.
On the other hand, we found that he drove quite slowly, which often caused cars behind to honk, and the air conditioning was kept at a minimal level, possibly due to concerns about the car overheating.
As first‑time visitors, we would have appreciated more proactive guidance at each stop, such as clearly explaining where to buy tickets and what they were for, rather than just dropping us off and pointing in a direction. Once we showed that we were confused, he did provide more information, so with a bit more initiative in explaining things upfront, he could offer an even better experience for future guests.

However, please accept our sincerest apologies for the aspects that were not as comfortable as expected. We have noted your comments regarding the driving speed and the air conditioning. We will work closely with Mr. Hieu and our technical team to ensure the vehicle’s cooling system is always at its best.
Regarding the guidance at each stop, as this was a driver-only tour without a professional guide, there were limitations in communication and in-depth storytelling. Most of our drivers speak basic English for logistics rather than tour guiding. We truly take your feedback to heart and will ensure to inform our future guests more clearly about this distinction beforehand so they can better prepare or opt for a guide if needed.
