What an amazing experience to see the dedication of one man to start and grow a wildlife rescue from nothing to what it is today! The animals have sad stories in their past but are now living out their lives in a much more natural environment. Hopefully places like this will replace the animal shows and pet photo ops which have caused such widespread animal abuse. Highly recommend this tour as a must see in Thailand!

The pick up.was a bit early we were there an hour before our tour The 2nd half of the tour was better than the first part .lunch was of a good quality .And we felt that this was a nice day

The Wildlife Center was amazing and the work that they do there is incredible! I was amazed at the number of different animal species that were present at the center.
Our guide, whose name I didn’t get was amazing and offered so much information about the center.
The animals are all so well cared for and the staff’s dedication shines through.
I gave this tour 4 stars only because there was a mixup with our pickup and we missed the first 45 mins of the tour. Viator came through and sent a taxi to pick us up and offered us a discount, which was much appreciated.

It was informative and educational. Unfortunately, I felt it necessary to deduct one star as the young man who drove the company van to the center and back to Hua Hin after the tour was an extremely reckless driver, speeding excessively, sometimes tailgating other vehicles, sometimes using his phone while driving. If he wants to kill himself through unsafe driving that's his business. But, clients paying to visit the rescue center deserve safety.

Hi Joseph, thank you for bringing the matter of the driver to our attention. We have checked the driver's log, as all our cars have GPS monitoring systems with cameras in the car. At no time did the car speed over 80kms per hour as this would have set off an alarm at our office, but we did see he used his phone twice, keeping it in the holder and using it with a speaker, which is not allowed. Passing cars on the wrong side is common in Thailand, but it does make one feel unsafe, tailgating was hard to tell as the camera is positioned in a way that focuses on driver and passengers, but we take your word for it.
We are sorry that you left unsafe and the driver has received an official written warning this morning, as is the maximum penalty we can give by Thai law. If it happens again he will be told to leave.

Picked up neatly on time. Waited at the meeting point for 3/4 hours. Way too long. No info in between. Then we see people get up and walk after them, to the cinema. Here really a clearer communication!!
Guided tour by Jan was well and enthusiastically given. Too much info clouded, keep it concise. If there is no animal to see, then go on!
Food was very tasty with variety. Keep it that way. 2nd round was nice. Feeding elephants may be on the edge, but in the ethical whole okay.
In the end also quite a time, certainly 1/2 hour waited for buses.

Fantastisk og givende opplevelse. Men sitter igjen med sterke inntrykk etter hørt historien til en del av dyrene på senteret. Guiden (som er fra amerika) var utrolig kunnskapsrik og informerte godt om mange ulike dyr. Anbefaler absolutt andre til å ta denne utflukten

We have clearly stated that we do tours in English and Thai language only. To complain now that we did not do the tours in French is rather strange, this is Thailand where we are. You travel around the world and then wish to be talked to only in French?
