Some activities within the venues aren’t included so be prepared to pay a little extra. The pass helps save if you have time to visit at least 4 different locations

your tickets run out after a day, I do not recommend this service. I bought these tickets yesterday to use today and when I went to check they said used already??? I didint even touch them??? And I spent over 200$ on these tickets.

Lines too long and attractions are distant from one another. Have you pay extra fee to see sharks at aquarium when it should be included with the city passes.

I am waiting for my refund. This was never issued right and didn't work causing me to order another one through city pass itself. At first customer service was no help hopefully get my refund for 5 people.

We're sorry this happened. It sounds like you are working with Viator on your refund, which is the correct route to take if your tickets were never used. If you run into a roadblock, you might consider contacting CityPASS. Our team wouldn't issue the refund, as that will come from Viator, but may be able to reach out on your behalf.

Short visit in Houston.
In two days, we were able to visit 4 museums. We would've liked to visit the National Museum of Art also, but we were unable to find parking. The most we liked was the Museum of Science which we visited t days in a row. Chase, our min-pin Chiwawa service pop, fell in love with the zebras in the Zoo.

We really liked and enjoyed the Houston zoo, Aquarium we were all disappointed with, very small not much to see and parking lot was the most expensive of all the places we visited, the Houston space center was another place we were excited about and loved it,and last of the places we visited was the Kemah boardwalk nice place and very fun for all the family, city pass was very worth buying, thanks my family had a lot of fun!

The zoo didn't have any animals out and there was no employees working. The aquarium was a real disappointment. The amount of aquatic life was minimal at best. The space center was actually interesting.

Good for admissions but nothing else is included. No food or drinks included, even though it stated food and drinks included. The ferris wheel ride was closed most of the day. Downtown Aquarium

The city pass is supposed to be good for several days. My wife and daughter bought and used two of the entries yesterday. Today, the passes are showing as expired even though it is advertised that they have several days to use all the entries. Horrible experience! No one answered the customer service line when they called to get it straightened out. Lousy deal. Will not use again.

CityPASS is valid for 9 days starting with and include the first day of use (or the first uncanceled reservation) and should not show as expired until those nine days are complete. I'm sure our customer care team could help you with this; their contact info is at support.citypass.com. Good value for what you get...but a small heads up...skip the aquarium. It is lame and literally took us about 30 minutes to go through the whole thing. I'd have been real upset had I paid full price for it.

I love all the things the city pass offers. But I bought it yesterday and used it at NASA and today I cannot find the tickets anymore, the app doesn't have my tickets anymore. glad I saved them yesterday. But I feel like they should be available until expiration.

It was the best decision we have made before coming to Houston. It is worth it compared to buying tickets individually. Our best visits were Houston space center ( need full day to enjoy evey bitbof it) and museum of nature and science. We did the aquarium one but nothing special. The kemah visit was not bad, there was not that much rides but it is okay for couple hours but nothing special as well. I highly recommend the pass if you ever decide to come and visit Houston.

We went to the Children's Museum, Houston Space Center, Houston Zoo, Houston Aquarium - getting into each place was easy with CityPass (we only chose to "upgrade" at the zoo). CityPass definitely did as it advertised and all 5 of us were able to get into each attraction without issue. Definitely worth the money spent (or we'd have spent MUCH MORE purchasing tickets at each attraction separately).

Absolutely worth it, so affordable and you are able to see so much. Houston is beautiful with plenty to see, museum was a little on the busy side but for the most part we weren't fighting any crowds this weekend!
