Great complete tour. Tour guide was great, friendly and knowledgeable. What I would’ve liked to know is they don’t allow bags unless they are clear. Knowing this I would’ve packed a clear bag from home.

Very interesting full circle island tour. Getting out and seeing more of the island and learning more of island life and hawaii history and culture was great. Ian was a very friendly and professional guide, I would definitely recommend this tour and guide.

What an absolutely incredible day our driver and guide provided to the group. Love that is was just five of us. He was informative, in gagging, professional, respectful with a great personality and attitude. Probably one of the best tours I’ve been on. Waikiki, Honolulu and it’s surrounding areas are very busy with traffic, we ran into a couple traffic jams but our guide was able to navigate in a way that insured we didn’t waist anytime and made sure we spent or time taking in this beautiful island.. Thank you so much for an incredible exhausting day, in the best way and to the four other guests that made this day a complete joy and blessing.

Driver Chuck deserves 5 stars, great personal stories. Viator, the itinerary I signed up for was not the itinerary we received. Half of the stops were places we'd already seen. The list on the web site doesn't match what we actually got.

Tour guide was very friendly and describe about the places we toured at. At the beginning of the tour I was looking for the license plate that was sent via email. He stepped out and explained what happened. Luckily the weather was great at the beginning and slightly raining at the end of the tour. Tour guide gave us enough time to tour the different places. Thank you!

We never went on this tour due to a major miscommunication on the part of Karma Tours and Viator. Please check any tours that are booked as viator contracts with local tour companies. Very disappointed.

Very pleased to see island away from Waikiki Beach. 8-person shuttle was excellent. Great viewing through windows. Enjoyed the natural beauty of the trip. Suggested revision: Minimize the repititive comments. For example, each time we drove by the three to four different golf courses, our driver said: "$30,000 memebership fee each year and $600 cost for each round of golf". Seems unlikely. Not interested. Suggested revision: Change the "dining stop" from Tanakas to other. The outside dining tables were pestered by flies. Six choices of shrimp. One choice of chicken tenders.

Lava flows and beautiful destinations.

Ro-Ro was wonderful! Her storytelling was very interesting, including her personal experiences with her family and the island. We learned a lot during our tour and visited some beautiful places. I would highly recommend this tour. And ask for Ro-Ro!

Operator sent an an email 1 day in advance moving the pickup 1 hour earlier (7 AM) then showed up 1 1/4 hours late due entirely to their poor planning around cruise customers needing to clear customs, something every cruise customer knows. Tour guide talked constantly and excitedly but actually conveyed little information , often pointing features out after the bus had passed them. Was quite difficult to understand. I can’t honestly recommend this tour operator, Hawaiian Tours.

We had Arlaine as our driver and tour guide. She was amazing. She made the tour way more enjoyable! She was very knowledgeable. It's definitely worth taking this tour. Maybe I'm biased because we had such a great tour guide. I liked that I decided to chose the small group. Thank you Arlaine for the great day!

Too many closures, did not get money's worth.

Unfortunately, the most memorable thing about this tour was everything we did not get to see: Amelia Earhart's Marker, Green World Coffee Farms Green World Coffee, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve (and since your website said it was closed Monday and Tuesday we chose to go on Sunday and even then it was closed so your website was misleading). And even to see the Kualoa ranch, we had to ask the driver to stop, even though it was on the itinerary.. We did not get to see much at all on this tour that was on the itinerary and we would like a refund.

Hema was a wonderful tour guide! She was so knowledgeable and willing to help us take photos at every stop. We got lucky with the size of our tour group (only 5 people), so the experience was very intimate and felt like a private tour! The tour was comprehensive and definitely worth the price.

Not impressed seeing Dole plantation since we had 15 mins. Nothing was special in that bldg unless we take tour. All day trip but no lunch or breakfast was provided. Also it would be better if there was a bigger bus or 15 pass van. This was mini van and it was get in and out every stop. Driver was great and very knowledgeable. Thanks again. We enjoyed it

Viator gave me the wrong pickup address location.

The actual tour company, Karma, was great! The only problem I had was with Viator! Viator gave me a different address for the tour pickup location. Thank goodness Karama contacted me the night before to confirm and that’s when I noticed the address they gave me was different than what Viator gave me. I could have missed the tour.
