Excellent experience in HCMC on the cyclo for myself and my husband on two cyclos. We booked at very short notice, just 1 hour ahead, and the whole process was quick and seamless with instant confirmation. We also received a WhatsApp message beforehand which was really reassuring. Our guides were fantastic and took us through the real hustle and bustle of the city during our 1-hour tour, stopping by iconic spots including Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House, City Hall, the Independence Palace and the surrounding shopping streets. We also had time to hop off and explore the Post Office, which was a great addition. A brilliant way to experience the energy of HCMC up close! If you want something authentic and memorable, this is a must-do.

Buyer beware our ship was late and changed. We tried to cancel, but the time was extended. They went to the vendor. The vendor did not give us a refund. At least Viator could’ve gave us a partial refund since we were not able to take the tour normally, I’ve had good luck with Vitor but this time was a failure

You cancel the last minute, that is a reason why no refund, you have wrote 1 star review for us. That is not nice. You can not do whatever you want. Everything has a rule. People keep booking for you, you cancel. So how about them? No salary? Why? Please be sympathetic, love people more. Put your shoes in someone shoes

What a unique and fun was to get your feet wet in HCMC. Our chauffers were friendly and pointed out the popular photo opportunities along our route. At the major stops, our English-speaking guide gave us some introductory information on the sites we visited. Highly recommend the experience.

Great way to see the city

Wonderful way to see the city from the comfort of the Cyclo bicycles. You breeze alongside the scooters thru the traffic and pass by many interesting buildings, stop off at the market, etc. It also helps to orientate you in the city. The guide and bicycle riders are friendly and photos along the way.
