We will pick up customers at their addresses between 07:40 and 8:20 a.m for the morning trip and from 12:00 to 12:45 pm for the afternoon one. Our driver and guide will route the pick-up points among the customers to ensure that we leave town as quickly as possible. The trip ends around 2:00 PM for the morning trip and 7:00 PM for the afternoon trip.

When we got there it was great but very busy

So we got a message at midnight the night before to say our pick up was at 8.05am from a hotel we were not staying at- despite booking a pick up from our hotel. So we walked to the new pick up location and were there for 45 mins before we were collected. At the first stop on the way we visited the disabled art centre - which was amazing to see!! We were then transferred to a different tour group to go onto our next stop the Ci Chi tunnels. This experience was good, you get to see the tunnels and how they operated. It does get very busy though, which is to be expected, but with small paths and areas to listen to your guides, sometimes there were just too many people and noise to take everything in. With regards to the pick up - It later transpired that we were transferred to a different group as our company didn’t fill the spaces to take us. But we were not informed. But you know what, despite the mess over pick up and changing tours - we ended up with Theo from Sun tourist - and she was amazing- she was hugely knowledgable, informative, helpful and so friendly with a great sense of humour!! Can not recommend her highly enough. My advice is to make contact with your booking operator in advance and make sure you know where you are being picked up and dropped off so you have no surprises at 7am and have to rush to where you need to get to - hotel pick up does not always mean your collected and dropped off at your own hotel.

Great tour, but no hotel pickup

This was a wonderful tour, our tour guide, Josh, was excellent! His English skills were perfect! He was able to provide a lot of historic information that was very helpful when touring the tunnels! He was also very friendly and welcoming. Be aware that this tour doesn't pick up at every hotel, although advertised that it does. We received confirmation stating hotel pickup at 7:30am. At 6:45am, the morning of the tour, we received a WhatsApp message telling us hotel pickup was not available for us, although we were less than 1 mile from city center. We were told to take a taxi to another meeting point 30 minutes away. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star experience. Definitely worth seeing!

Very long drive each way. 4 -5 hrs driving time. Limited time at attraction. Very commercialised and touristy

The tunnels were amazing & well worth the 4 hour round trip to see them! Only 10 on the tour which was perfect. Our guide Andrew from Papa Holidays was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. We were limited by time & Andrew kept things moving so we were back on time. Highly recommend this tour especially if time is limited!
