Fast , 15 minutes wait But the no one show your name till you have to ask people working there The guide hold my name he didn’t but it up so I have to ask people to find my name 😴 But anyway , use fast track very fast

If traveling during holiday/peak time, you’re better off without fast pass

We had a booking for a daily of eight on Christmas Eve. The airport was completely overwhelmed that day, so if you’re traveling during non-peak time, this might be worth it but for us, we would have been better off with going through the regular line. Lost booking - I’m not sure if the fault lies with Viator or the local operator, but there was no one waiting for our family of 8 to help us to the fast pass lane. I found the kiosk and asked if they had my reservation. After some time, they seemed to have found it and led us to the fast pass lane. Not fast at all - My mother-in-law was in a wheelchair so they put us in that line which moved very slowly. It took us almost 90 minutes to get through immigration l, but I think the agent was partially to blame as she seemed to scrutinize every person. They changed agents shortly before we came through, and she seemed to move people through faster. But by comparison, my brother in law and his wife’s plane arrived an hour after us, and they went through the normal line and were at baggage claim an hour ahead of us. No transportation - We had no one escorting us while we waited in line, so I messaged the operator to ask how we find our driver. They replied that they do not have a car available and we would have to find our own transportation. I asked if they would refund the transportation portion of our booking, and they said yes, but I have yet to confirm if that was done. In their defense though, all of the taxis and cars, especially the 16-seater vans could not get into or out of the parking lot that day.
