They asked for boarding pass

The operator sent a message asking about my nationality (USA). Not sure if this service only works with certain nationalities? Viator does not ask for this nationality information at the time of booking. They provided the information about the company I should look for, but my name was not on the sign when I exited the arrivals area. Make sure you approach them even though you don't see your name. The person who guided me asked for my boarding pass. I showed it to her without thinking, and she took a picture. I asked her what for. She said it served as proof that they met me. Cover the bar code so they can't scan it and access your sensitive info (just in case there are bad actors). I was taken to the wheelchair lane. While there were some people ahead of me, the line moved much faster than the regular line. I got through immigration in about 10 minutes and I was able to beat the rush hour. Worth it for me.

Quick and efficient. Grabbed us from plane exit and put us in fast track line then like a ninja, disappeared when we were done.

Not Express, but quicker than standing behind hundreds of people trying to enjoy their holiday in Vietnam

I thought this wouldve made mh immigration pathway quicker, lol my flight landed at 3.59 i was still in the airport at 4:45 the other line was massive but it stll took way to long to go through customs, a digital passport reader would greatly improve the process like in so many other countries. But this did help a little, i still wouldnt call it express lol more of a easier process but certainly not express

Everything was smooth. Nobody met us, but we figured out. The past controlled fast track line was just 1-2 people instead of 100 regular one.

booked last minute, someone met us before arrival hall and guided us to the diplomat line and left. 1 person ahead of us. we cleared in 5 mins. 4 mins of which was the custom guy giving my passport a veeeery long hard stare before stamping. 🤔 not sure what he expected. our luggage came relative fast (no help) and we were in grab about than 15 mins off the plane. this wasnt really much of an "assistance" thing, if that's what is expected. but if you are ok with paying only for access to the short line then it is what your paying for. we had 4 kids, 2 long flights and late night arrival and just did not want to be standing in line in tsn for however long.

Super helpful! I looked for the I love Vietnam sign and a woman and a man greeted me. It was great!! After a long flight, it feels overwhelming to wait in immigration so I was super happy
