Catamaran massivley overbooked, do use this tour operator!

Booked this online, really looking forward to it at the end of our holiday. We imagined we'd be like Duran Duran, in their Rio video. Pickup was ontime, all going well. When got to the port, we were made to wait for more passengers to arrive. Eventually we set off for the catamaran and soon noticed that there was a lot of us. The info said upto 30 pax, max. When we arrived at the boat, it was already full, we counted 43 (not including the crew), and there were still 16 pax yo get on it. We asked if there was a 2nd boat, no, was the answer. The crew tried to persuade us 16 to get on it, but we couldn't see any where to sit, let alone sun bathe, as advertised. There were pax hanging off the front, we could only see less than 10 life jackets. The captain said he always sails with 50, it would have been 59, plus the crew. So 16x of us refused to get on, and we hot straight back on the bus to take us back. Viator were very good, as via the online live chat, we immediately got a refund, Don't book with this tour provider. It advertised free soft drinks, albeit we didn't get on but the fridge that we could see was tiny, definitely not enough for 2x each gor the 43 on it.
