Great tour that will teach you how to just watch out for yourself, which spots to hit (if you really want to know), and just an overall fun tour because you're in the red light district and you know how to be respectful (or I hope you do). The tour was awesome and talked a lot about history, beatles, red light, and so on covering way too many details despite the short trip around - and with a beer!

0 stars. Yet again this trip was cancelled by the provider at very short notice. If I had cancelled in this time frame I would have lost my money first time was our trip in January. not even an explanation
this time. This has given me no time to make alternative arrangements for our trip. I would not recommend the provider.

Our group of 4 quite enjoyed the Reeperbahn English walking tour with our pleasant and outgoing guide Florian. Not only is he well versed on the history of the area, he's very informative and happy to converse on all local topics. Reeperbahn is quite seedy for some tastes, so beware.

Florian is local and he is familiar with the history of the area and many interesting facts that you won’t find on the internet. It is a great private tour.

An excellent tour. Glad I went with this one. Florian, our guide, was excellent - very knowledgeable and very balanced in talking about the good and the bad of this area. He spoke immaculate English and was pleasant and witty company.

The tour was cancelled at the last minute on the afternoon itself - just a couple of hours before it was supposed to happen. The saving grace was that the provide did reach out via WhatsApp to explain that I was the only person on the tour hence they had to cancel it.

5 hrs before the tour you have been informed. When is the right moment in your opinion? Regarding there have been the chance of more bookings. You also have been refunded. (which is of course standard procedure) - I do not get it. Anyhow thank you very much for your review....

Florian made a huge effort to come out for just me and my girlfriend for what turned into a private tour. We had a great experience which felt very personalised and would definitely recommend this tour.

Tour never happened. The owner Florian sent us a text the day before to cancel our tour. Then it got weird. In the text I told Florian I was disappointed but that led to Florian texting me much later next day with this crazy long excuse and sob story that quilted us into moving forward with a disgruntled Florian being our guide. This was also bizarre because Florian canceled the tour but was inconsistant with communication and all of this could had been avoided. Florian made communication very stressful and confusing. Thankfully,
Viator issued us a refund.... We found another tour that the hotel recommended. I would be very hesitant to book with Florian because after the hardship text we received we would not recommend other travelers take a chance and possibly miss the tour. Viator was great. They sent strong communication and handled the refund easily.

A bit disappointing. I would have been more interested if it covered this issue from a woman’s perspective. I honestly would have preferred to have a guide who had some level of analysis of the situation that women have to go through.

We waited for half an hour and nobody showed up. I tried calling Jolly tours multiple times and no one answered. I also tried email and text coordination prior to meeting and there was never a response. Hopefully I will get my full refund. Very very disappointing. Do not use Jolly tours.

Trip was canceled inside 24 hours with no explanation. I added extra time to my trip for this tour.

Florian was a delightful tour guide, very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. We spoke about a number of things related to Hamburg and Germany, in general. Definitely recommend him. Also, the Schlagermove Fest added its own element to the tour that was unexpected.

Time was changed twice. Only 2 of us on the tour. Didn't cover any of the venues we asked about. Drinking in the Street is not something I like doing. It just wasn't anything I expected...a total waste of money

Interesting red light district tour... very informative and funny. Florian was an excellent guide. Lots of useful historical information along with some funny anecdotes. He clearly knows the area very well! Good recommendations for food and nightlife, would highly recommend this tour! Dolls house was an excellent recommendation!

The tour was cancelled with 6 hours notice due to staffing issues which is understandable however the tour company did not cancel the tour however via viator therefore no refund has been processed as of yet and no confirmation that they will be doing so. I’ve had to request a refund via viator and may have to do it via my credit card company. Ensure you book via credit card as based on my experience and previous reviews, the tour is unreliable

The tour is scheduled too early. At 7:00 pm - there is no activity on the streets. Most of the establishments are closed. The tour guide gave a history lesson of the area - which was not that interesting or relevent. Big mismatch with expectations.

Florian went out of his way to not only give us an excellent tour of the Reeperbahn but a personalised Hamburg experience. We had to change the time and day of the tour due to staff illness. We could have cancelled but Florian was happy to work around our schedule making sure we got the best experience of Hamburg for our holiday there. It seemed mad to us that we could only find a single English tour for weekdays (this being it), so he has power over the market right now! It meant that we got a lot of interesting knowledge and history about the red light district told with humour and candidness, but also tips on what else to do - including eating and drinking spots throughout the city and where to watch important football! We loved our whole trip and this experience added to that - thank you.

Great tour for anybody more interested in the history of the area. Due to staff shortages however, the tourguide was rushing from one place to the next, which was somewhat annoying.
