Weronika is a knowledgeable and friendly guide. We enjoyed being with her. She explained the cheese areas of Switzerland and gave us a lot of information on the cows, cheese production and various types of cheese.
The views were spectacular, even though a bit rainy and foggy. Definitely recommend.

Weronika (pronounced like Veronica) was very enthusiastic while being comfortable to be around. She had an extensive knowledge of region, having grown up in the village just below where we hiked. It was an easy stroll with some incline to it, but with two bad knees, I was able to do it just fine because she went at our pace. After the walk, we had a very nice cheese and chocolate experience with great explanations of the background/heritage behind all of the offerings. She went even further than the tour description by giving us a really great plan for the next couple of days with caveats for the weather. Her advice ended up resulting in additional great experiences for us.

Beautiful trip up the mountain and Weronika could not have been a more pleasant guide. She was very knowledgeable and we loved every moment of our time with her.
The cheese and chocolate were excellent!. The weather could have been a bit better, but it certainly did not ruin our time with her.

Although it was informative the tour was totally overpriced ($157). We also had to pay to get to the top of the mountain (~$30 I don't remember exactly). We got cheese and chocolate on a narrow bench and nothing to drink.
Not a great experience.

I understand that this review was written by the Travel Agent who made the booking, rather than by someone who personally joined the tour. It’s a pity to receive such a judgment without having experienced the tour firsthand. I would be more than happy to welcome you personally on this experience, so you can form your own impression based on direct observation and participation on the house, so that you may evaluate it based on your own experience.
This particular booking was made as four separate reservations for your clients which travels together (4 x 149 CHF), rather than as a group booking, which would have qualified for a group discount (4 x 135 CHF). By making a group booking you would receive disocunt price.
Mrs. Patty unfortunately decided to skip half of the tour due to an injury she had sustained the day before and I tried to even get her a doctor appointment by calling to 4 different doctor offices thinning that it would be more appreciated and simply help other person. I truly hope she is recovering well!
Understandably, missing around 50% of the experience have affected her overall impression and made it difficult to appreciate the full value and uniqueness of the tour.
As for reaching the meeting point, this information is clearly stated in the tour description. Since the tour takes place on a mountain summit, as the title itself indicates, participants can reach it either by a scenic 2h hike (not recommended for over 65 participants) or comfortably by gondola. While gondola tickets can feel costly, many guests benefit from travel discounts — for example, the Swiss Travel Pass offers about 30% off, and regional passes such as the Berner Oberland Pass include this gondola entirely.
Regarding the cheese and chocolate tasting: this is designed as a relaxed mountain picnic in a picturesque alpine setting. As in early April, we are still in full ski season at 2000 meters altitude, so to ensure your guests' comfort, I chose not to have them sit on the snow which would get them wet. Instead, the tasting was arranged on a quiet and very long bench (which would fit 30people) with a beautiful view and absolutely nobody around. Given that Mrs. Patty and her friends were around 68 years old, I felt this would be the most practical and comfortable solution, and I hope it was appreciated.
Once again, thank you for your feedback. I am always looking for ways to improve, and I hope to have the opportunity to show you this experience in person one day.

Such an incredible tour and tour guide! We had some awful weather and we're worried this experience was going to be terrible but our guide found us a great spot inside to do our chocolate and cheese tasting and even went above and beyond to go down the mountain to her home town and tour us around there for a little.

Learning about and eating the local cheese and finding out interesting facts of the villages below. The weather was not so good as it was a challenge to see the view. Overall we enjoyed our couple of hours even though it was as a little overpriced

Weronika is a LOCAL GEM worth your time and money!
She gave us a lot of history that we would never obtain elsewhere. It was so informative that it's absolutley no way to beat it with even a very good reaserch. We learned so much about the area, farming, cheese, winter/summer/spring seasons, we got to ask so many questions and on top of it - experienced an incredible cheese tasting with great view.
The hike itself was absolutely breathtaking, like you enter white wonderland.
Visiting Switzerland has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would have never been able to experience the culture of Switzerland without this tour. Thank you so much Weronika! I will definitely be back to Jungfrauregion! I will remember this day forever.

That was hands down the most incredible tour I have ever experienced! The views during the hike were absolutely awe-inspiring! I was pleasantly surprised by Veronika's exceptional organizational skills. Not only did she bring her computer along to our delightful cheese and chocolate tasting picnic (which, by the way, was absolutely scrumptious), but she also showcased the absolute best places to visit during my Swiss trip. She even provided me with backup options for rainy days and shared a list of the finest restaurants in Interlaken. Her knowledge is truly astounding, as she effortlessly addressed every single question I had. This is an experience you cannot afford to miss! Getting to the meeting point is incredibly convenient, and the location itself is perfect. After enjoying a fantastic lunch with Veronika, you can easily continue exploring other breathtaking destinations. I decided to hike to Kleine Scheidegg for a glimpse of the snow, and it was an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be recommending this trip to my friends, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the winter for some snow-filled adventures with Veronika.
