Service Not Provided and Unable to Reach Customer Support

No stars. Very disappointing experience. I purchased this service but never received the service I paid for. The driver/service provider never showed up, and there was no communication or attempt to contact me regarding the appointment. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was unable to reach the provided contact information for assistance. I attempted to get in touch but could not get a response or speak with anyone who could help resolve the issue. This was extremely inconvenient and left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience. I expected the service I paid for to be provided, or at the very least, to receive communication and support when there was an issue. I hope this is addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.

Your reservation was strictly for the Fast Track Arrival VIP Service, and your booking notes (made by you) explicitly stated, "Just fast tracked needed." We confirmed this request and sent a reminder the day before your arrival through the Viator platform, clarifying that airport transfer was not included. While we take full responsibility and make adjustments when errors occur on our part, this particular situation was executed according to your specific booking requests. All communication and documentation regarding this service are maintained within the Viator platform for reference.

So worth it. It easily saved us 45-60 min of our time. Renee was very nice and quickly lead us through the process. One piece of advice is to do the paperwork online before coming on the trip.

I had use this service less than two weeks before and it was seamless at that time. When I arrived at the airport there was no representative with a sign with my name. When I approached the rep, they said we were supposed to arrive the day before. I immediately showed her the booking tickets which had the day we were actually arriving. They did make it right but instead of getting personalized service we had to share the rep with another family which isn’t a big deal but it’s not what you pay for. I don’t know why they thought we were coming the day before But it all worked out in the end it was just a hiccup .

I highly recommend if you're in a rush and need to get it the airport in less than 20 minutes. I had a fete to attend as soon as I landed and I made it with no problems. I went through immigration and out the airport within 19 minutes and off to my fete.

No one showed up. No one had our information or names. We ended up getting another ride to the hotel. I want to refund. I spoke with a lady there and she said we needed to request a refund as well because she did not have us on her list and no car was available.
