The trip was wonderful. The crew was very nice and the dogs were very sweet. The guide while snorkeling made sure everyone stayed together and gave great descriptions of the sculptures. After snorkeling, they provided lunch which was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip.

A perfect half-day! The tour was well paced and very enjoyable. Food and snorkeling were both excellent, and the dogs were super sweet. Highly recommend for families with kids who are comfortable in the ocean!

Thank you so much!!

This was a really well organised and fun activity. Staff were really knowledgeable and looked after us all very well, including yummy food and drinks. The dogs were a delight (we had Milo & Schnitzel) and we all enjoyed their company. Snorkelling was great and the company also sorted an easy transfer to our resort. Would definitely recommend this trip (and indeed, this company) for anyone visiting Grenada. Thank you Neon for being such a great host.

To begin, I found the captain to be rude. My young son was scared to get off the boat, and I had a feeling that might happen; I was prepared to just stay on board if he didn’t want to participate (the excursion was paid for regardless). However, we did end up jumping in the water for a while, but I was not confident enough to swim the length of the tour while also keeping a watchful eye on my son.
I mentioned to the captain, when he returned with the rest of the group, that we jumped in but stayed near the boat. He made a comment about "perpetuating a stereotype" and walked toward the back of the boat (I’m Black). Although he did not elaborate, I have a few ideas of what he was insinuating.
At the next stop, my son and I, along with my friend and her son, jumped into the ocean to swim to a small beach. In the middle of the swim, I had a panic attack and shouted for my friend, who was ahead of me, letting her know I wanted to go back. I had an overwhelming sense of fear, yet no one from the crew attempted to help or even checked on me once I returned to the boat.
There was also a medical emergency on board. We saw the captain huddling with different groups before heading back to the dock, but he never said a word to my friend or me, nor did he thank the patrons before scurrying off the boat.
In my opinion, you and your children need to be very confident swimmers for this activity. If you’ve never snorkeled, practice before booking, because you will be swimming a significant distance to see the underwater sculptures.

Friendly crew, beautiful experience, and a lot of fun! The underwater sculpture park was amazing and they offered both snorkeling and scuba diving. The boat was beautiful as were the dogs :).

Sculptures are amazing and the guides are informative. This was the best swimming experience I had on the island and the highlight of the stop.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you again Max!

The crew was particularly attentive to our safety, as the swells were very high that day. Despite not being able to see the sculptures (Mother Nature at work) the crew made our boat day enjoyable! Interacted with us, wonderful conversations, lunch was top notch! My vegan sil had SO many delicious options! The pups were wonderful companions and it was so fun watching them dive in with everyone! Thanks to the crew for a safe and memorable trip!
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you so much Michele!

The staff was friendly, and the lunch was amazing. I appreciated all the vegan options. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see much in the water, but we understand that you can't control the weather.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you so much! I wish we could have shown you more!

Our boat pilot/water guide was excellent and attentive. Paid attention when one of the other guests was having issues in the water and adjusted appropriately. Downside - it would have been A LOT easier maneuvering in the water if we had been given flippers. The monument was quite spread out. He realized none of us was getting out at Flamingo beach and again, after consulting us adjusted the itinerary. The “snacks” was a bag of individual bags of cheese doodles or cheese twists..
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you!
The topic of fins has been discussed amongst all our guides multiple times and we will continue not to hand out fins for multiple reasons. The main reason is that they are unnecessary and the holdup caused by gear adjustment, explanations, salvage of dropped fins and damage and repairs due to false usage, did not at all compensate or safe us any time or effort. The course of the sculptures is about 300 yards of leisurely swimming and drifting and we spend about 30 minutes in the water which means we cover about 10 yards per minute. The course is laid out in a mostly sheltered current free bay so everyone from the youngest to the oldest can enjoy the experience.

Unprofessional and scammers! Instructions were very unclear. Booked the day before on Viator which said tour started at 9 am at Grenada Yacht or Grand Anse Beach. I reached out to tour company when arrived to Yacht Club at 8:40 am after getting a Haylup, saw a long message from Captain Marc when I opened chat to communicate with tour company. The message had information about costs for transport to Grand Anse for tour with a pin to what looked like a Tour Grenada’s office so I called the tour company to confirm, tour company delayed to respond (~20 min), since we did not hear from the tour company we ordered another Haylup to go to the location mentioned in Capt Marc’s message. At 9:06 am the representative responds via Viator stating that Captain Marc would pick us up from Grenada Yacht club. I shared with the representative that since we did not hear back we traveled to Grand Anse Beach after calling several times and not getting an answer. The representative responded that they did not answer the phone because “it’s their Sunday off” which was unprofessional but also did not make sense if they had a scheduled tour and were coordinating responses in the Viator app. I requested a refund via Viator but the tour company declined. Viator does not serve as a mediator to review cases and based on evidence make a determination. The tour company provided false information stating they sent information to me days in advance even-though I booked the tour the day before the excursion was planned so that was impossible. I would not recommend this company and will not be using Viator moving forward as we paid through the app but Viator does not regulate the companies they promote on their platform or provide a fair case review to determine if services were rendered. Tour companies have the full discretion to take funds without refund and this whole interaction was poorly organized and unprofessional.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Let me continue by staying rude and tell you, YOU ARE SO FULL OF IT! Poorly organized??? You gotta be f....g kidding me!!! Hopefully Viator allows us one day to attach screenshots of the dumb conversations I have to go through sometimes because people either read not at all or pick what they wanna read! the tour listing says EITHER yacht club OR grand anse beach, WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS! You have received those instructions 2 freaking minutes later through your app!!! It is not my mistake that you can't follow a very simple process of receiving a location and then going to the location! NOOO, your process is let's just go to a location first, then read the instructions, scratch the head and call for help 5 minutes before meeting time and expect someone to answer a call on a Sunday morning! If it makes sense to you or not, it usually doesn't need an office or call center to step on a boat at an agreed time and place delivered by modern technology like google maps! EVERYONE ELSE ON THE BOAT MANAGED TO DO IT!!! But as the rude scammer I am I stopped spooning my wife on this beautiful Sunday morning and jumped in trying to save the day by telling YOU to wait right where you are and ordering the captain to go the extra mile to pick you up, with a boat load of people. But who would have thought, you couldn't follow the second primitive instructions and instead going to the original location while the captain and boat load of people were then waiting in the yacht club for you!
And once again: at no time have you been sent to an office! Tip for next time: If you are going to join a boat, LOOK FOR WATER!
Another point you are so wrong about is that Tour companies do not have full discretion! In fact, VIATOR is holding all funds until weeks after and pays out the companies after the end of the month. And if you are looking for a FAIR CASE to review, VIATOR and TripAdvisor should start letting the operators rate their clients like AIRBNB does so we can all see who is organized and who's the troublemaker, clicking buttons and expecting extra treatment by cutting everyone else's tour time short and expecting a refund at the same time! I should have just stayed in bed this morning, at least I would have been screwed by the right person!!!
Here is a short summary of the instructions template for future customers to decide if it can be any clearer:
….If you want to take advantage of our shuttle, please let me know your location. I will then send you a payment link through this chat. Another advantage of our shuttle service is that we guarantee you not to miss the cruise! All our drivers are full-time employees with licensed and serviced company-owned vehicles, in permanent contact with our head office, reliable service all around. Our rates are also cheaper than other legal taxis or Haylup.
• If you are arriving via cruise ship, please use the above direct pick-up offer.
• If you have your own car, there is enough parking space right at the jetty.
For further communication please use this provided chat and help us to avoid confusion with third party phone calls or emails. We are constantly checking the assigned channels and have the booking references to assist.
Please bring your own towels, we do not provide towels.

had an amazing time on the four-hour underwater sculpture tour—definitely one of the highlights of my trip!
The tour started at beautiful Grand Anse Beach, where we met on the jetty and took a smaller boat out to the main vessel. Right away, the captain set the tone by sharing interesting history about Grenada as we cruised along the coast, which made the experience feel both fun and informative.
Our first stop was the underwater sculpture park, and it was absolutely incredible. I got to see so many unique sculptures and take tons of pictures. We spent about 45 minutes there, which felt like the perfect amount of time to explore without feeling rushed.
After that, we headed to another spot where lunch was served buffet-style. The food was delicious and authentic—plantains, rice with chickpeas, saltfish, fresh bread, and salads. Everything was flavorful and really gave a taste of the local cuisine.
The captain then gave us the option to snorkel again or just relax on the boat, which I loved. There were unlimited drinks throughout the trip, and the entire crew was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Grenada. Even if you’re not a strong swimmer, they provide life jackets and proper snorkeling gear, so you can still fully enjoy the experience. Truly a must-do!

Thank you so much Kalia!!!

We chose to get a shuttle from our hotel. We were picked up on time WITH the boat dogs that were coming with us. Yoda and Milo. My friend and I were very excited about that. The tour was so fun of the underwater sculptures and lunch was chef’s kiss.

Thank you Brandi!

This tour was excellent from start to finish! The crew were super friendly and professional, the snorkeling was amazing, the lunch was delicious and plentiful (different flavours of rum flowing too!)... but the best part was super loving Schnitzel the dog who not only jumps off the boat for a swim to the beach but then climbs the ladder back on the boat by herself (see photo)- totally made our day! Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Grenada- loved it!!!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Schnitzel says THANK YOU Lynn!!

We had a great time on a perfect day. It was helpful having someone lead us around the statues so we didn’t miss any.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thanks Barry!

Really enjoyed the trip. Staff was very informative, interesting, and knowledgeable. The boat itself had so much character. A very smooth ride to and from the snorkel spots, which provided unforgettable sights. The underwater sculpture park is so unique and we saw thousands of tropical fish you could almost reach out and touch. The boat dog Schnitzel was so sweet and is an excellent swimmer/ladder climber! Highly recommend!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you Matthew!
Marian_G, Mar 2026
A wonderful way to experience the underwater sculpture park and great fun with water dogs, Milo and Harry, cavorting and swimming about. The limit of 15 people is a perfect group size and the sailing ship itself is lovely, a terrific way to experience the beautiful Caribbean sea. It was great to have a tour guide snorkeling with us to ensure you did not miss any of the highlights of the sculpture Park. In spite of the fact that there were three cruise ships in Port the sculpture park area was not crowded with tourists, which is surprising because this must be one of the top tourist attractions of the area, not to be missed if you visit.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you! the fact that it wasn't crowded is because we have chosen our starting times carefully to not collide with the mass transporting catamarans...
Taylor_L, Mar 2026
What an amazing experience! Had a great time! Crew was friendly and attentive and we learned a lot of the island and its history. The snorkeling spots we were taken too were so much fun and who doesn’t love boat dogs?????
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you so much Taylor!
Richard_C, Mar 2026
The Captain and crew were polite and quiet, low energy and relaxing. Drinks were offered and a full lunch was supplied. We were taken to two different locations , The first location had the most sculptures and we were accompanied by a crew member who swam along with us and pointed out the sculptures. Take the floats they make the experience easier and more enjoyable. The second location was in an inlet where we had lunch and then were able to "free swim" by ourselves. Overall a pleasant experience for those wishing a laid back relaxing day. The dogs are friendly and also laid back.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you! Sorry we couldn't reach the 5th star, please let us know what we could have done better!

We went on the 4 hour snorkel cruise.
Don’t believe the “negative” reviews!
The boat……….Awesome!
The crew……….Awesome!
The food……….Amazing and plenty!
Whether you are a first timer or snorkeler or an experienced one they have you covered.
Plenty of time in the water, never felt rushed or corralled.
Can’t recommend this experience enough, you will be glad you did this.
We had a great time and if time permitted on our vacation we would have done this cruise twice, no problem!
Book it! Enjoy it! You will love it!
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you so much Darrell! Much appreciated! Also much appreciated to have a real name and yesterday's date as a booking reference!
Nancy_S, Feb 2026
It was ok. The statues are deep and if water is not crystal clear then they are hard to see. Stopped at flamingo bay but it was too cloudy so went to another area. Just sat there on the beach for an hour. Nothing to see when snorkeling. The tour guide was pleasant but not the experience we were hoping for.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you, Nancy, for your review. Luckily, we still can't influence the weather, and it sounds like our captain was trying to make the best out of it, driving the extra 2 miles to a third snorkel spot hoping to have more luck with visibility caused by a northerly swell. While we have 50ft visibility 95% of the days, this is an unfortunate possibility, it can happen.....
Mary_M, Feb 2026
A nice quick tour. The sculpture park was pretty neat! Enjoyed the visit to Mango bay afterwards as well.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you very much Mary!

Thabnk you!!
Hulya_A, Feb 2026
Such an amazing snorkeling excursion! Plenty of time to explore the water, delicious food and drinks, and the captains were awesome. The two sweet dogs on board were a bonus. A perfect day on the water. Highly recommend.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you !!!
Ashley_L, Feb 2026
I’m giving this a 10/10 and you know what - we didn’t see a single underwater sculpture! The waves were so bad that the sand was all stirred up like crazy and even though we got in the water; visibility was at 0%.
That’s Mother Nature though and to no fault of the tour guides! The 3 guys on the boat were fantastic, gave us an incredible boat ride, lots of history and super engaging with all the guests. Great selection of rum on the boat and lots of drink options for kids. Lunch was incredible - they had amazing flavours and a great variety. Also, there were a couple of dogs on the boat that were the absolute sweetest things you’ve ever met. Overall it was a fantastic day and even though the sculptures didn’t turn out, it didn’t matter, we all had an amazing day and would do it again!
Special shout out to Alvin. I would do a tour with him again!
Response from Host, Feb 2026
sorry for the bad visibility and thanks Ashley that you still have given us this amazing review.

This was a very nice, relaxing experience. We booked for a Sunday so it was a shorter tour with no dogs and no lunch, just snacks and drinks. Khabir was delightful and informative. Would recommend!
