Don't Waste Your Money

We were skeptical at first because there was one review, it had 5 stars, but there were pictures of different people. We decided to go ahead and book because no other tours were available. The driver was a little early but he let us finish our breakfast and we were on the road at 9:30. The driver was not engaging at all. I guess because he said he went out the night beforeand was tired. If my husband hadn't asked questions I don't think he would've said a word. Our first stop was Fort Frederick but he had to stop and get his breakfast. When we arrived he told us tickets were $5 but the itinerary said free admission. We didn't go to the spice market. He drove by and pointed at the Carenage. We did stop and take pictures at Grand Etan Lake. We asked him about oil down. He told us the ingredients and showed us a YouTube video of someone making it. It would've been nice to try it since it's the national dish but I guess because it wasn't on the tinerary, we didn't. I asked him about the free alcoholic drinks, he said he didn't know about that and took us to an outdoor bar at someone's home where we had to pay for our beers. We also didn't get a beach tour. It's obvious that he wasn't a tour guide and was probably just a driver. I honestly feel scammed and wouldn't recommend this tour.
