I didn't have a great experience at all unfortunately. My tour was canceled and rescheduled for the next day, which the distillery didn't have any tours available that day. So we were only able to do the rum tasting. Which only takes about 5-10 minutes. Then it was back to the resort. I also felt that this pricing for such a short ride was excessive. I messaged to have another day (the only day that we had available before we flew home) to try back for the rum tour. And I have yet to receive a reply back, 2 days later.

Unfortunately, during peak travel periods and local events, such as Carnival week, the availability of certain attractions—like the rum distillery tours—can change at short notice and is outside of our direct control. We understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the full tour, and we deeply regret that this impacted your visit. Regarding your message about rescheduling: I genuinely apologise if there was any delay in communication. It is never our intention to leave our guests waiting without a timely response, and I am reviewing what happened to ensure we improve in this area going forward. Nice experience overpriced

The rum tour was very nice. However, the shuttle to get there was overpriced. We were charged 200 usd for a 10 minute ride. I wouldn’t recommend utilizing the shuttle service. The taxi is much cheaper.
