Great service! Served with a cool place to wait and refreshments after arriving to the airport. There was a bit of a mix up on their side and they helped us immensely. We missed our boat and they organised us another one. Very grateful!! (I need to learn french if I came back)

We had to cancel our trip to Noumea due to civic unrest commencing on the Monday of the week we were due to depart on the Saturday. No response has been received from our request for cancelled travel due to closure of airport and hotels.

Very efficient, friendly and courteous staff. Clear and simple instructions on locating the check-in counter. Just a short 10 minute wait in the lounge before boarding our bus. Comfortable ride in the bus with a very good driver. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The bus was ready at the airport to pick us up and the driver was professional and polite. Bus was clean, comfortable and you felt safe. Although French is the official language in New Caledonia, many are able to speak and understand English but try at least to speak French as locals appreciate it. Well worth it!

Because I missed the bus due to not hearing on the PA system the manager took me to my hotel. I think it would be nice to have a placard with names. If you did, sorry I was trying to get a SIM card and local currency and there were queues

There was a delay sitting in the bus without air conditioning on and seemed like not enough seats but they finally sorted it. The bus going to Noumea was very uncomfortable compared to the bus used to go back found my knees squashed by seat in front. Had a more enjoyable experience going back to the airport with them.

Quality and safety are our top priorities and we would like to thank you for your comment as it will help us better ourselves. Unfortunately, as I suppose you have choose a shared shuttle we had to wait for all the other passengers. Arc en Ciel Service is the designated company for airport transfers. The airport has contrated us to drive all the passengers that remain in airport down to Noumea, that is why you had a longish wait time. Under the terms of our contract we must get the go ahead from airport authorities to depart. Following your comment an internalinvestigation will be opened as soon as we have the details asked. Got on the bus at 6pm and arrived at hotel at 7.50 this was because we had to drop people at their houses, driver was helpful as the hotel reception was closed and came with me to the front door to make sure I keyed in the correct combination to get room key from a key safe instructions were in French and then key in the code to get into hotel.
