It is definitely the tour to take!! Very informative for a very low price. Our tour guide Julia was amazing, super friendly and very polite. All the information we needed was provided by Julia. The tour was full of historic stories about noumeas past and present. Do yourself a favour and jump on the green train.

The tour itself was great, the pre tour was very disappointing. Not clear guidelines where to check in. Once I was at the right check in point the gentleman advised that our tour time had been moved to a later time. I advised I had two small children in our group and that we picked that time. The gentleman offered free hop on hop off bus which we could not use due to later tour time & having small children. I provided feedback to the tour company who basically fobbed me off.

As the manager informed you, a second cruise ship arrived at the maritime station due to deteriorating weather conditions in Vanuatu. This was not planned, and we had to accommodate two cruise ships on the same day of port call, even though the second ship was originally scheduled for the following day, and the other customers had also booked this activity.
The manager give you 7 HOP-On HOP-OFF free for this 45 minutes late.

A fabulous way to see some of the sites of Noumea (edpecially on a Sunday). Our guide Anna and driver Captain Henry were great value. Commentry was well thought out and easy to understand. The volume of the commentary was very good and was easily heard in the back row of the ladt carriage. Anna was helpful with assisting guests in having photos taken. A great tour for all ages. Thanks for giving up your day of rest to enable tourists to enjoy your town.

An absolute must when in Noumea!!! Clean, prompt and just the right amount of time to get a clear overview of this beautiful island. And pickup was right outside the doors of the cruise port!!

We had only one stop was disappointing would love to have stopped at a couple of other places. The trip was advertised for 90 minutes but was only 75 minutes

The duration of this excursion aboard our FAMOUS GREEN TRAIN varies depending on traffic, but normally the maximum duration is 90 minutes.

We arrived at 2:50 for a 3:30 train. We did not leave until 3:50. They overbooked and were only letting on large groups. People who turned up at 3:25 with a group of 17 were allowed on and small groups of 2 or 3 were not allowed to board despite waiting for a longer period of time. A second train came at 3:45. Again, large groups of people who had just turned up were boarded before all the people who had waited since before 3.
The tour itself was great with fabulous commentary throughout but the queuing was disorganised and the tour was 70 minutes, not the advertised 90.

we have taken note of your dissatisfaction; however, we would like to address the organization during your stopover. Indeed, there were over 100 people booked for this activity "THE FAMOUS GREEN TRAIN", and we only have one secure parking space for the Green Train.
We had to proceed with boarding the first departures at 3:30 pm, and then as soon as that train left, the second arrived for a 3:45 pm departure.
We are unable to run both FAMOUS GREEN TRAINS simultaneously. We apologize again for this inconvenience.
