Cody and Charlie were really nice, but we booked a private snorkeling excursion and we were not taken snorkeling. We saw starfish, fed stingrays, but were not taken to snorkel any reefs as the description clearly stated.

Unfortunately, as discussed before leaving the dock, the weather was not favorable for snorkeling and the safety of all guests is the top priority.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. We had to push back our scheduled time the day of, and the company was totally flexible with us ! We appreciated that so much. We loved our tour guide and overall had an amazing experience with the stingray
