From start to finish this was awesome. So convenient getting picked up at where we are staying. The guys on the boat were amazing knowledgeable friendly and truly wanted us to have a great experience! The plankton part was unbelievable. A must do!!
I would Highly suggest anyone that comes to do it!!

This was a very cool experience. Getting in and swimming and seeing the waters light up glowing blue made it amazing.
The guides were very informative about the starfish and jelly fish as well. The whole experience was awesome.

From start to finish this was awesome. So convenient getting picked up at where we are staying. The guys on the boat were amazing knowledgeable friendly and truly wanted us to have a great experience! The plankton part was unbelievable. A must do!!

The guide was so knowledgeable and great with our family.... he was aware about dangers of jellyfish and properly advised all. The lagoon was magical and the adventure was one for a lifetime.

Spectacular!! The crew was so nice and professional. They made sure we felt safe snorkeling in the bioluminescence water at night. They videotaped us swimming in it which was amazing. Definitely one of the best tours we have been on!

They never showed to pick us up and were unreachable by us, the hotel or Viator. Company does not seem to be well known locally.

Thank you for choosing us during your vacation in beautiful Grand Cayman.
We’re truly sorry for the confusion. As explained clearly from the day you booked — and in several reminder emails we sent after — the tour could not operate that night due to the moon cycle, which affects the bioluminescence visibility. Since the tour was not scheduled to run, no pickup was arranged.
It’s also important to clarify that we’re a well-established local company with over 10 years of experience, and calling us unreliable simply because the emails weren’t read is unfair.
Your full refund was already processed, and we also tried to offer you a different tour, but unfortunately didn’t receive any response.
We hope to welcome you another time under better circumstances.

Was not picked up, missed the entire experience. Very disappointing. Conflicting information between the ticket and the email.

We’re sorry to hear you missed your tour. As mentioned in the email we sent right after your booking, your hotel was outside the pick-up area. We provided clear instructions on how to get to the marina and the time you needed to be there, which was different from the automated confirmation you received.
Unfortunately, due to your late arrival, you missed the tour, and as per our policy, no refunds can be issued under these circumstances.
We hope you’ll have the chance to experience the bioluminescence adventure on your next visit!
