We were a family of four with two teens. The staff was very professional, informative, and made the three hour experience, enjoyable for everyone. One of my teens was unsure about the stingray experience, but they completely put her at ease. Dean was excellent at handling the sting rays. I would highly recommend this tour!

Crew was wonderful. Definitely wanted your experience to be the best that it could. My daughter got scared around the stingrays and they handled it like champs. A few weak swimmers got a little too far out and they were on top of it right away. The weather was not great and even with that they made it one of the most enjoyable days on our vacation!

We had a great time from the bus ride to the boat was good. On the boat the captain and crew where great with the any questions and good with the kids. I would definitely recommend another trip with dean martin and crew

Our guide was amazing! Angel and his crew made it possible for us to have a safe and amazing time! We saw lots of fish, stingrays, and starfish! The stingrays were handled with some much love and care! I would recommend this to anyone!

This was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it! The boat ride was quick and safe! Bathroom on board was a bonus! We had up close visits with the stingrays!!! I would do this again and again! Great price and great guides!

My husband & I took Franks Water sports for the stingray city & coral gardens experience. We had a great time, Jake & Alex were very knowledgeable & went way out of their way to make sure our group had a fabulous time. We liked that it was a smaller group & personalized experience. We felt very comfortable & really enjoyed the whole trip.

First of all the tour operators never came to meet us. They ended up calling a separate tour operator and adding us to their tour, so we didn’t even do the tour with this company. With the other company: snorkeling was fine. Stingray City was nothing special. The boat captain and hand got a hold of two rays and pass them around for photo ops and to pet them for a moment. Definitely not what I was expecting after seeing online that tons of rays would come up and see you. Overall a miss for us.

This is a “must-do” activity for my family when we are in Grand Cayman. Our captain and first mate were fantastic! It was so nice being on a boat with a small group. If you’re in grand cayman don’t miss this!!

This was a small group tour, not like the many “cattle car” tours. The crew, Dean and Santos could not have been more attentive. They made sure we had drinks on the boat, we got to hold and kiss a stingray and really went above and beyond. Great job! Shout out to our van driver that both picked us up and dropped us off.

It was a terrible experience , I had booked my trip with about a month in advance to depart at 9.00 and when I got there they direct me to a guy Rodney, who send me to the bus parking lot and they asked me to get back that bus was full. I contacted Aviator after and a lady from Frank water sports told me my reservation was for 11.00 am. After that they sent me on another bus and was removed from second bus as well. I was traveling with a kid hat is a cancer survivor and has impediments as well as my mother in law who is old, diabetes and knee surgeries. This guy Rodney walked away from me at the end and couldn’t see him again. Then a lady appeared and took us to the boat . I want to give them a two stars since last lady that appeared on the bus along with Carlos and assistant from the boat were great. I blamed Frank sports coordination since for some reason they didn’t have my reservation correct and make me waste two unnecessary hours which are very important when traveling on a cruise.

Our captain and guide were wonderful. We actually were the only family on this tour. Swimming and holding the stingrays was an amazing experience! Snorkeling the reef was amazing as well. Very beautiful with many marine life!

I'm still waiting to hear back from Viator. Our ship was unable to dock as the harbor master closed the port. Is this not covered with a refund?

The guides on this tour were lovely, as was the water and some decent snorkeling. However, the stingrays were completely and inappropriately and harmfully molested. They were grabbed and held halfway in the water and placed on peoples heads and back and it was simply a really terrible misuse of natures that should not be supported or condoned.

Great experience with Frank's Watersports once we found our guide (late to the meet point). Be aware there are three cruise terminals so check the map on second page of ticket.

Great experience everyone should do at least once ! The tour guides were so friendly and allowed plenty of time for the activity , as well as making sure everyone in the group got pictures and time with the stingrays . Highlight of our trip for sure !

It was a family trip made all that more special by Dean and Carlos, who were amazing.
I myself do not swim and was taking photos but I also very much like nature and really wanted to experience the Stingray City. Dean and Carlos were so patient even when I had a slight panic attack they helped to calm me enough to go into the water and experience the amazing one to one with the stingrays, my heroes. My son is also not a strong swimmer but we felt very save in their hands. The trip was awesome.

Apparently there was another couple that was a no show. This team did not even think about canceling. They treated us like it was our boat. I even forgot the water cover for my phone, and the captain was a tall man so he carried it out for me to take pictures of us with the stingrays. Super nice team.

La experiencia fue toda una aventura. Viaje con mi esposo y mis hijos y la pasamos muy bien.. para ser nuestro primer viaje en crucero a la isla nos daba miedo tomar un tour fuera del barco por lo del tiempo, asi que tomamos el tours de las 12pm. ellos fueron puntuales y llegaron por nosotros al puerto del crucero y nos llevaron a la Bahia donde nos llevaron en bote con otros mas integrates. Super atentos nos ofrecienron aguas y sodas. Al.llegar a ver los stringray se preocuparon porque todos los tocaramos y cargaramos. Y para cerrar con broche de oro nos llevaron hacer snorkling y fue espectacular. Ellos hablan español e inglés. Y los mejor el regreso fue con mucho tiempo antes de que nuestro barco saliera. Sin duda volvería a tomar otro tour con ellos. Recomendados GRACIAS!
