- Easy Directions: From the cruise terminal, walk left for 2-8 minutes until you reach the Waterfront Centre—a two-story yellow building with a blue roof. We’re on the ground floor at the south end. For island guests, visit us at the Cayman Falls office, located opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.
- Pickup Information: Guests must provide the full name of their hotel, accommodation, or cruise ship at the time of booking to arrange transportation. If this information is not provided, the meeting point will be the Cayman Falls office, across from The Westin.
- Hotel Pickup: Complimentary transportation is available from participating resorts, condos, and Airbnbs in the Seven Mile Beach area only.
- Cruise Guests: Transportation is available from the designated cruise meeting point. Your exact meeting time and instructions will be provided after booking.
- Arrival Time: Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup or meeting time.
- Reef Location: The snorkeling stop will be at either Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens. The captain selects the location based on wind, waves, tides, and crowd levels to provide the best suitable conditions that day.
- Guests should be comfortable swimming in open water to safely participate in the reef snorkeling portion of the tour.
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and any personal essentials you may need.
- Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. Glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons.
- The tour operates rain or shine, including in light rain. The itinerary may be modified or the tour canceled if weather or marine conditions are unsuitable for safe navigation.
- Marine Life: Wildlife sightings and behavior occur in a natural environment and cannot be guaranteed. Please follow the crew’s instructions while around marine life.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers
