I tried to contact to confirm hotel pickup time through site and WhatsApp. They did not transfer and did not see our reservation before the performance. They took a long time to respond to being contacted. Had to go with another company the next day.

Hotel pick up is not included. Driver text me on what’s app saying I had to pay an additional 60€ for a round trip. This wasn’t communicated at all. So we didn’t get to the event until an hour and 15 minutes late bc I messaged asking when will be picked up and that’s how I found out about the additional money. The driver was very rude and unprofessional saying they already charge minimum for the event and I responded that’s y’all problem. I paid what was requested take that up with whoever else.

There is a problem in understanding the situation. we have pick up from almost 600 hotels in Cappadocia but if you select a hotel which is more than 15km range then obviously you have to come with your own car or by taxi. we have mentioned the area range of pick up and all.

We serve dinner, alcohol and service with affortable price. Our menu is fixed some people may not like it. We don't say, you will get best food. We accepte that. But our show is really good. You watched 12 different dances. We have serve more than 120.000 people in a year. Some people may not like it. This is normal.

It was a fun evening handled professionally right from pick up dot on time till the drop back to the hotel. The evening was delightful, food wasn’t all that great but then again the star attraction was the musical and cultural experience so we really didn’t mind that. A must do on a trip to Cappadocia.

This is a top notch cultural experience you should definitely do when in Cappadocia, there are many performances throughout the night with delicious turkish food and unlimited drinks. The waiters are very attentive too. It’s optional to get up and dance with the other diners between performances. So much fun. QX Travel provide transport to and from the restaurant, I had a lovely English speaking driver named Michael who arrived early and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. Can’t wait to return to Cappadocia with my friends and do it all again! 5 star experience

QX Travel is a NO company!! Our driver arrived late for show. It had started. We had a terrible seat position and though the show was ok we could not enjoy ourselves. We paid for 4 hours of show and dinner and only got 2 hours and no dinner because the driver wanted to avoid the crowd and traffic! After telling the driver we had not eaten he offered to turn around to which we said Forget it! The night was ruined already, Who on earth would walk back in just to eat after leaving the place by over 15 minutes. Very disappointed because Viator with whom we have been with for over 10 years would not offer a refund just a $25 credit to be used in the future!!!! Viator you decided to believe this company instead of us! Very sad! We were let down! $78 dollars down the drain. Language barrier is a problem!!

Del show se salvaba 1 actuación, el resto de bailes eran todos iguales y aburridos. La cena era pobre y sin postre y los camareros sólo atendian a las mesas delanteras, así que si estabas en las de atrás simplemente pasaban de tu cara. Además ni siquiera hablaban bien inglés, a pesar de que en el tour había elegido la opción en español. El alcohol ilimitado mentira, sólo te servían vinos o cervezas, nada de licores o cubatas etc. Si podéis evitar este tour.
