I contacted the company via WhatsApp to find out their rates, then after doing some research, I found a better price on Viator. I notified the agency, asking them to confirm the reservation I made that same day. Their response was to ask me where I had made the reservation. Following my honest answer, I received a notice from Viator informing me that they had canceled my reservation, 2 hours before the said activity. The company wrote to me, claiming that there was no more availability that same day, but that I could book for the next day. When I went back to check to book for the next day, the prices had more than doubled. I communicated with them to try to agree on a price, but I never received a response back. So, I suffered the inconvenience of their own mistake.
