Our tour guide Fazula was good. Speaks english well, but the tour was kinda rushed. He didnt give us much chance to take photo of the underground cave which i think is the highlight of the tour. He is friendly though and informative. Lunch was good too.

I’m glad I chose this tour among so many options. Our guide Irem was very knowledgeable with strong storytelling skills. The small group and relaxed pace made the tour engaging and comfortable. I learned meaningful stories behind these fascinating places, not just facts. He showed real passion for the history and culture of the land, and the short quiz at the end was nice to help us remember what we learned. At the shopping stops, the staff introduced their products clearly and professionally, with no pressure to buy. It was nice to learn about local products I normally wouldn’t research, and to support local businesses during the low season. The underground city was incredible. It showed the wisdom and creativity of people who lived here 5,000 years ago. Even with modern technology, we might not be able to recreate or fully explore such a place. It reminded me how powerful human intelligence is, and I should make better use of mine. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to inform guests of the approximate pickup time if there is a delay, to avoid repeated back-and-forth confirmation through the booking platform.
