The sites were outstanding. The travel logistics were bad. I must say that "Travel Inn Turkey" did an outstanding job reacting to changes, including providing a car when airport where we were scheduled to land closed die to an emergency and they quickly arranged transportation at the airport where we landed. The guide was good but the group that was supposed to be English, also had Russians who could not speak English. So the guide had to use his phone to communicate. Slow process with less focus.

Dear Daniel; We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future. Unfortunately, there can be logistics changes that are out of our control and happen at the last minute, for example, your plane landed at another airport on the other side of Istanbul from the scheduled airport and we made your transfer immediately, as you mentioned. We are glad that you were pleased with our tour and guide, but unfortunately, it is very difficult to make arrangements regarding the nationalities of our guests on that day's tours, we would love to make things right if you give us another chance.
