My family enjoyed the red tour. After our red tour, the OX travels tour agency recommended for us to do the hot air balloon tour which we booked through them for the next morning after the red tour. Beforehand, they told us that we’d get full refund if it was cancelled. Sadly the tour was cancelled due to bad weather and since we had our departure the next day, we wanted a refund. We paid a total of $480 but we still haven’t received $200 which we paid by card. The agency keeps telling us that they will send the bank receipts but it’s been over a month and yet they still haven’t sent the receipts. Everyday they tell us that they will check and now they have stopped responding to our texts. This was a huge loss for us and we hope others wouldn’t make the same mistake of booking tours with this agency.

Great day, with plenty of variety & not too much travel time between stops. All as described in the advert. Excellent tour guide- Inured I believe. Very knowledgable and pleasant. Took care with everyone. Great driver too. I’m not personally a fan of stops at leather & pottery venues, but if looking for incredible quality and authenticity, then could be for you.
