Overall good tour with great stops.
The guide was knowledgeable and made an effort to be entertaining with a few jokes. However, at times he was a bit lacking in thorough follow-ups with the group and often ran ahead, not guiding or waiting for everyone to stay together. A more attentive pace and clearer group leadership would significantly improve the experience.

Great tour to places a little further away from Goreme. Our guide, Enes, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about local history, culture, and religion. Great amount of information with interesting facts, then free time to look around at each place. The underground city and monastery were highlights. The hike was a shorter riverside nature walk. Stunning views at the lunch restaurant.

I generally dislike group tours but this was awesome. Our guide (can’t remember his name but he called himself sky king lol) spoke English and Russian and did a spectacular job giving an English tour while also accommodating the two Russian people in our group. He didn’t hover over us and gave us appropriate amount of times at each attraction while keeping us on a tight schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable on Turkish history. Highly recommend.

The Green Tour was well-organized with a rich itinerary. The guide was passionate and provided clear, concise explanations that were easy to understand. Most of all, I truly appreciated the respect and consideration shown toward Korean guests.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The itinerary was well thought out, showcasing the stunning natural beauty and rich history of Cappadocia — but what truly made the day unforgettable was our tour guide, Shelma.
Shelma was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly passionate about the region. She brought every site to life with fascinating stories and insights, answered all our questions with patience, and even added some great personal touches throughout the day that made the experience feel really special. Her energy and humor kept the group engaged and made the whole day fun and relaxed.
If you’re considering the Green Tour, I highly recommend it — and if you’re lucky enough to get Shelma as your guide, you’re in for something truly memorable!

The tour was efficient (but the time at the underground was rushed). The guide was succinct and informative, but the pick up was late. We were told to wait between 9:30-10:00, only to be picked up at 10:15, and at the end they said they had to skip a market, and we missed out on Pigeon Valley.

My tour guide Gölhan is so amazing very knowledgeable very detailed - informative and answered all my questions to the best and on top of that is my photographer! Cheers - Best part is you can tell he loves his job and is very positive patient & professional so everyone should requests him ! One of the best (also I rarely write reviews so that should say something and he never asked like everyone else to write their review it was on my own accord)

A good value and full day experience. Our guide, Alper, was cheerful and upbeat. Understand that most people are tired from hot air ballon tour, he lift up energy in the tour. There were some stops that were questionable and unnecessary such as half an hour water stop at a store in opposite direction of the stop we were supposed to make. Assuming it is to support local business. But overall, a good and communicative tour. Visiting the underground city and cave was worth it

I recommend doing the green tour with ANOTHER company. First of all, two groups with guides speaking different languages were put together in one minibus and spoke at the same time. It was annoying. On top of that, there were changes to the plan that we weren't informed about. For one, we went to a different underground city. When I commented about it, the response I received was that on Sundays the other underground city is very busy (I assume because it's better). I chose the tour because I wanted to see that underground city. In addition, we were supposed to go on a 4 km hike. Most of the trail was closed (not their fault) so we ended up walking 10 minutes to the restaurant. They should have informed us and planned an alternative hike. We were taken to a cute restaurant on the water and were supposed to get time to sit on the bank of the water and dip our feet in the water, but the guide was in a rush to take us to a store. That seems to be their main priority. Earlier we were taken to a jewelry store and wasted almost an hour there while one couple was shopping. By the way, the stores didn't appear in the description of the tour! On top of everything, the guide was not very knowledgeable. When we asked her questions, she didn't know what to answer. In short, I definitely would go on the green tour but with another company.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the positive experience that others have written about.
Firstly - the AC wasn’t working on our bus - which meant for a very uncomfortable travel in the heat of summer.
Secondly - what the itinerary doesn’t mention is that it will also stoop for large amounts of time at the tourist trap shops - a silver shop, a wine shop and a Turkish delight/general store.
As a downside - what was promised on the itinerary of a 3 hour hike in the ilhara valley (and the thing we were MOST looking forward to) was actually just a short 20 min walk (not even a length as per the itinerary but walking 10 mins to 1 point then walking back again) all because we didn’t have enough time (Aka priority to the shopping points).
My recommendation: hire a car and self drive these points. We had a car but had read you can’t do green your yourself - this is absolutely not true and we completely regretted not doing the green tour ourselves - we would have had sufficient time on the actual itinerary rather than the unmentioned shopping itinerary we had no interest in.

We took 3 tours with this company. Green tour with Anil, Red Tour with Cengiz and jeep Safari with Sornes (I am probably misspelling here)! And they were amazing! Quality of vehicle, level of knowledge and the attempt to go an extra mile to make the trips special was something exceptional. I would highly recommend the company.

Our tour guide Ismail was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating! Pick-up was prompt and Ismail did an excellent job communicating the plan for the day and the sights to be seen. He was knowledgeable about the history of the sites and flexible with the amount of time spent at each one. The travel agency was also flexible in allowing us to do the tour a day earlier than scheduled due to predicted poor weather.

Very disappointing, dragged out the morning with unnecessary long stops, didn’t do the main caves which was one of our main motivations behind doing the tour.
Must say lunch was very nice and our tour guide was great.

The guide was friendly. Pickup was quite punctual. The tour itself was average. I am not sure how the other tour packages work. The guide gave us overview of the places where we stopped. Ofcourse there were two unnecessary stops at a jewellery shop and at a sweet shop. I guess that is just commission based. The 2-3 hours hike mentioned here is not true. Just a 15-20mins walk through the valley.
The lunch was great though.
