Honestly, I’m not normally an ATV “type”, but this was one of the most fun things we did on our entire trip to Türkiye! Our guide was great, the desert at sunset in Cappadocia was magical, and we found it exhilarating without feeling overly risky. Would do again in a heartbeat. One of my most loved reels on Instagram ever!

Good tour

Good tour. Nice sites. However, the guide hardly speaks English (although he is a very nice and kind young man). Also, although this was booked as a 2-hour tour, it could have easily been completed in less than 90 minutes. A good deal of "dead time." Still, I appreciate the efforts of the tour guide.

Aside from the pickup/dropoff, everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Rude crew, bad ATV (guide had to push mine back with his after the first stop), payment issue (ended up charging me almost double once I got there for what was already paid for in the app). Maybe I was a one off incident, idk, but I’d never book these guys again. Tried to save a few bucks and it cost me.

The ATV you were riding sustained damage during the tour, and the cost was charged in accordance with the damage liability waiver you signed before the tour began, which all participants review and sign at check-in. We would be glad to share a copy of the signed document with you on request. Regarding the ATV needing to be pushed: Our fleet is checked before every tour. If a vehicle needed assistance after the first stop, our guide acted exactly as trained to keep you moving safely with the group rather than leaving you behind. Regarding rude crew behavior: This is not consistent with how our team is trained or how we expect them to treat guests. Our staff takes pride in their work, and rude conduct is not something we tolerate. Skyway needs to find a different company. The driver messaged me to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. When we get there, a helmet is provided and nothing else (which the fine print does say when you book). You need to bring sunglasses and a scarf, which they conveniently sell masks at the place. The guide was getting impatient and rude with people who were having issues driving the ATV. Not everyone has driven one before and his version of slow is still fast. Finally, a different driver dropped us off. He forgot to drop me off until I said something and left me at the center of town to walk back to my hotel (10+ min) because he was too lazy. Besides the pick up driver, the ATV company is disorganized and unprofessional.

Fun and safe

Everything was good. They picked us up as scheduled, provided with rain coats (as it was raining for 15min!), dropped us off. There were couple stops and time to take pictures. The person who was leading was making sure we drove safely and therefore you couldn't go too fast or crazy (but there were other groups too and none of them were going fast!). Our group was pretty small but we did merge at some point with other people.

Our experience was definitely one of a kind, because with my partner we booked the late afternoon hour, before the sunset session, and we were the only ones, so we had a private tour through the valleys of Cappadocia! Our guide was very good and very kind, even if the tour was a bit deviated by the fact that there was the rock festival in Cappadocia, so we did some routes slightly different from the program, but very nice! Top hygiene (provide disposable caps to put under the helmet and fresh water) Value for money top, very good!
