Terrible - destroyed our trip

They didn’t even come and pick us up. We drive 10 hours to get here, to not get picked up an to sit in a hotel room all day.

We booked on line and gave our hotel, pick up was 5pm we waited 15 mins then messaged and was told our hotel was out of the pick up zone. Then tried to sell us another tour we didn’t want at no point did we get email to say we were out of the zone looks like a scam to get you to book different tour hopefully we will get our refund

It was the most amazing experience- we had the sunset ride and it was beautiful , the weather , the scenery and most importantly the staff here are amazing - I was with my 4 years old younes and khairat Allah the guide took such care of him- I am grateful my sons first encounter with horses was with them, my boy enjoyed so much and felt so safe and secured - it was a lot of fun as well . The guide Tugba spoke English so well and made us feel so comfortable. I have to say the horses were so well looked after , they were clean and looked mashallah so healthy . I really recommend the horse ride in Cappadocia it’s a must do as I recommend doing it with these people they are really good and will make the experience unforgettable. They also offer a ride from and back to the hotel and driver is on time at pick up and very responsive on WhatsApp if you have any questions
