- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 hours of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability

- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Participants taller than 185 cm or weighing more than 100 kg are not permitted to participate.
- Participation is limited to guests who hold a valid driver’s license and are able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Participants must be at least 16 years old.
- On the day of the driving session, a ¥500,000 security deposit will be charged to a credit card to cover any potential damage to the race car or track facilities caused by a crash or accident. If the session is completed without incident, the full amount will be refunded. Participation is limited to groups that are able to authorize the ¥500,000 credit card deposit.
