We had a confirmed reservation through Viator and we were waiting in the hotel lobby at our scheduled pick-up time today at 9:30am for a full-day PRIVATE tour to Connemara and the Abbey. The private driver and guide never showed up!!! Obviously this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing for me and my family!!!

Sincerest apologies to you and your group for your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, especially for a private tour that you had planned and confirmed in advance. Unfortunately, due to a mix up, the confirmation was not logged on our system, resulting in your booking not being fulfilled.
I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been for you and your family to be waiting at the scheduled pick-up time with no sign of your driver or guide. This is not acceptable, and we take this matter very seriously and have taken steps so that this does not happen again – although I understand this will not benefit you.
