Our recent visit during Golden Week would have been a challenge for any local guide, but not for Sumire!
From the moment she greeted us at our cruise terminal with her infectious smile, we knew we were in trusting hands. Her preparation and planning was evident. She was attentive and accommodating to our special needs. Her local knowledge was impressive, the pride in her City was infectious!

Masumi Endo was EXCELLENT. She was in contact with us via e-mail before the trip and was punctual, knowledgeable and flexible regarding itinerary on day of trip. We basically went on a FOOD tour of the city that was SO tasty and fun! On her own time, she came back with us on the subway at the
"end of the tour time" to make sure that we got off at the right stop. Above and beyond the call of duty! Highly recommend.
