There were so nice to me and my sister picking up from the airport and from the hotel. I would recommend them to EVERYBODY. They were a joy and very sweet!! I enjoyed the same guy dropping and picking us up! They also were on time and very reliable.

Arrived to the airport and the bus company had a representative holding a sign with my name. Two of my traveling buddies got delayed a day and the company was able to accommodate that no problem. Was also able to request a later pick-up cause we don’t like to wait a billion years at the airport for flights. Hassle-free and accommodating. Would recommend. Drivers friendly too!

On time, got us from here to there. No working seatbelts, rickety van, had to help with bags. We booked elsewhere for the return trip.

Great service helping me get on van since high step and not have a step stool but hot next to a curb!
They were great! They showed up to the airport on time with a sign so it was easy to find them. They also helped with luggage and was very informative along the way.
Love they were on time and he was there with my name signage..Van is outdated but overall great experience
Came out of Freeport airport and the driver was waiting with a name plate. Really friendly driver and spoke of some island history on route to the hotel. Brilliant service. Recommended.

The driver was a no show. Had to hire a local taxi driver on the spot. Tried to call the company but it was a Viator phone number.

The person was waiting for us outside right after we cleared costums and got our baggage.
Driver was already at airport. Got us to the resort safely and quickly. Didn’t say anything about picking us up and I paid for roundtrip, but I’m sure he’ll be here to pick us on time for our return flight.
Our flight was an hour late, but the shuttle was waiting on us and the operator was very pleasant and polite.
They contacted us when it was LESS than the 24 hour cancellation period to tell us they don't drop off at the hotel we were staying at. During the booking process they kept populating under nassau and there was at no point anything pointing us to not being able to be dropped off where we were going. I had to contact Viator and luckily Viator came through like always and got us a refund.

My driver was prompt and very kind! Would definitely recommend 😇 My driver pointed out some note worthy locations on our way to my hotel. He was playing some nice gospel music which I loved 🥰😇
We waited outside in the heat and humidity for over an hour and no one showed up to pick us up and didn’t answer emails or calls to try and find out where they were for our ride. Fortunately for us a very nice couple gave us a ride to the hotel.
Directions were clear. Our driver was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Nice quick trio to our hotel
The trip from the airport to the resort and the trip from resort to the airport were on time and efficient.
