No trouble at all with our airport transfer. They seemed unprepared for the large number of us but we all got seats. Driver was friendly and pointed out some sights along the way to the airport.

The airport transfer was good. Right on time when we arrived and knowledgeable driver. The only disappointing thing was their insistence that we had to be picked up 3 hours before our flight even when we called to request a later return time. They picked us up and there was no line at the airport and had to sit for 2.75 hours before boarding our plane.

When picking us up from the airport the driver was already onsite however he made us wait approx. 20 min. outside in the heat before departing for our hotel because he was waiting on other guests which never arrived.
The driver which picked us up from the hotel and returned us to the airport was prompt.
Both drivers were polite and considerate. Over all it was a great experience.

Getting into Freeport, we easily found the counter. I unfortunately did not realize I should have emailed prior to my arrival to confirm. No worries, they called and someone came and got us within 20 minutes. On our return trip, gentleman was there and was able to give us some history on the Island. It was wonderful. Thank you.

Trip over was perfect, we were with the same group as a larger tour going to the same hotel in a large coach. Driver took a minor detour to show us the local sights and kept everyone entertained. Return was a little bit of a mess, the hotel had to call the operator, as the bus was late. When it did show up, it was a limo bus with tables and TV so that was cool. We did make the flight with time to spare, so no worries. Would book again.

Arriving to Freeport and having this company at the airport was definitely helpful and cheaper the the Vacation Express option. Ride was smooth, driver helpful. On the way back, the pick up from the hotel was a bit interesting. Expected a van, but a taxi driver in a car ended up taking us to the airport with another couple through the same company. Island life you may call. Either way, drive was safe, quick and went just fine.

When I arrived, I had to ask a couple of people to find out where they were at. They refer me to a lady that was standing nearby. She asked me to wait by a bus outside and gave me my paperwork with the return information. The bus was comfortable and had A/C. They were punctual picking me up for my return. The price and service were good.

i would have rated it at 5 stars except for our experience in arriving when aviator attempted to put us on the same big bus as every other arriving passenger. after some discussion with the representative at the airport and some 10-15 minutes of waiting around, they finally put us a smaller shuttle with 8 other passengers. not what we thought we were getting. the return to the airport went very well and was exactly what we expected.
