I booked two reserved seat 2nd class train tickets for my partner and I to travel from Ella to Colombo. We paid a lot more that you would do if you bought them directly from the station, but you’re paying for the service more than anything else. The tickets were delivered to my hotel two days prior to departure, avoiding any stress of frantically queueing at the station on the day with hundreds of other travellers. Overall a very good service and easy ti keep in contact via WhatsApp and email.
