Highly recommend the Arabian Leisure Tourism company, they were so reliable we booked a total of 3x for the week during a work trip. They were very responsive and accommodating to the needs of our travel when there were changes for our schedule. We truly appreciated their professionalism and top notch customer service. They also provide receipts/invoices as needed for business expenses. The Captain/Driver assigned, Mr. Jay, also was so professional, much appreciation to him as well. If you need transport for the day to visit many locations for a business trip, please book with this company.

Once again, an outstanding experience. We used the same service last year and were so impressed that we booked it again — and everything was just as amazing. We specifically requested Jay as our driver for two days; although it was challenging to arrange, the team made it happen. They also went above and beyond by securing a dinner reservation for us at the desert camp at Bab Al Shams, even though it was fully booked due to Ramadan. Communication with the agency was excellent throughout, and Jay was, as always, incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating.

I had a long layover in Dubai, so I wanted to get out and see the sites. Gireesh picked me up promptly at 8:00am and we followed the agenda I set as close as Dubai traffic would allow. Even when I left the vehicle, he was always nearby. When we had some gaps in the schedule, he had some great recommendations to visit. If I visit Dubai again, I will try to get Gireesh to be my guide again. Highly recommend.

Jay was a great driver. He arrived on time and was very informative about life in Dubai and life around the emirates in general. Future guest should know that this listing says “from” Dubai, which could imply to some people that you can take this service “from” Dubai to Abu Dhabi or nearby Emirates. However, there is an additional $40 charge to go to other emirates that is not shown on this listing. Also note that you will not get viator points for the additional $40 that you’ll pay. We did not know this based on the listing as we assumed that we were hiring a driver to go anywhere “from” Dubai for five hours. Outside of the reservation confusion, the driver was amazing and the car was very cool and air conditioned. It was an amazing service. We will definitely hire again.

We only have great things to say regarding the service. We had an amazing experience with Jay. He picked us up on time at the airport and toured us around Dubai. He arranged for us and got tickets to Burj Khalifa. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about the city and overall made us feel welcome. We toured and then he took us to our hotel. Overall a great experience.

Our driver arrived on time, had plenty of water in the vehicle, drove safely and was flexible. We visited the Grand Mosque as part of our trip and the service made sure we had all the information and the tickets required. We needed to extend our time by 2 hours which was easily accommodated. I would use their service again.

We were very concerned that our night-time-only layover in Dubai would make it difficult or even impossible to schedule a city tour. I reached out via chat to a customer service agent at Viator (a Tripadvisor company), who listened to our requirements and immediately hooked us up with Mr. Jay of Arabian Leisure Tourism. He was awesome, met us at the airport, gave us a great city night tour with plenty of photo-op stops, stretching the visit out to include dawn over the city and harbor, before getting us back to the airport in plenty of time for our connecting flight. We saw the maximum in the brief time we had available, and although timing preventing going inside most monuments, we were extremely pleased with the whole visit. Thanks, Mr. Jay!

What a fantastic way to handle jet-lag…arriving 1am and seeing Dubai without the crowds and traffic and seeing the city lights was beautiful, then as the sun rose we made our way to Abu Dhabi…. having a wonderful tour guide of Jay and driver Rafi showing us around Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a wealth of knowledge and locations. I wouldn’t worry about sitting on a bus with a tour guide and waiting on offloading and uploading of passengers at every photo stop, this is the best way to see UAE with your own private guide and driver

The service from beginning to end was fantastic. They kept us up to date with changes including the weather as we were affected by the heavy rain in Dubai. On the day itself, the driver, Mr Anvar, was friendly, helpful, patient, informative and very attentive. My sister is a wheelchair user and by the end of thr first stop, he knew how to put the wheelchair back together.

Six seniors with multiple mobility issues rented a private car with Gireesh as our driver and guide as we toured Dubai for 10 hours. Gireesh was excellent as he patiently dealt with any problems that occurred. For example, as we started our tour with a Butler tour through the Burj Al Arab I gave them the Viator ticket that I thought was what we needed to enter. No, we needed a bar code , which I don't believe I ever received from the local tour company. Fortunately Gireesh had dropped us off at the closest entrance, being considerate of our mobility issues, but when I realized we had a problem I turned around and saw he was nearby making sure all was OK. He fortunately called the local company I had booked the Burj Al Arab tour with and they immediately sent him the bar codes. Without Gireesh's help we would not have been able to tour the incredible 7 star hotel.
From there we went to the Emirate Mall to observe the Ski Dubai and have lunch. Again , Gireesh dropped us off but immediately joined us after parking the car to show us around the mall . He had a wonderful knack of showing up whenever he was needed! Following lunch Gireesh drove us all throughout Dubai and told us what all the beautiful buildings were. He always made sure to ask if we wanted to stop for pictures and if we did he chose a safe place to park that had the best view for pictures.
We ended our day at the Miracle Garden, a beautiful place that is a photographer's dream. My husband felt his knees had given out and asked if he could stay in the car. Gireesh graciously agreed that would be fine. I , however , found that the Miracle Garden supplied wheelchairs ( at no cost ) and I took one to the car. I thought finding the car may be a problem but Gireesh had given me his Whats App number and , once again, he came quickly to the rescue.
The Arabian Tourism LLC was extremely wonderful to work with from start to finish. After booking the tour through Viator , Arabian Tourism LLC immediately contacted me and was very helpful with suggesting an itinerary to meet my wishes. They asked if I had particular things we'd like to see and then helped schedule the itinerary to the best timing.
Gireesh was assigned to our beautiful car that comfortably fit all 6 of us and he could not have been better! He was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and helpful. We could not have asked for more! I highly recommend Arabian Tourism LLC with Gireesh Nair as your driver. You will not be disappointed!

We were amazed by the gold Sook and Dubai water fountain show. Plus, we loved seeing the Burj Khalifa. at night illuminated. Unfortunately, we did have enough time to see everything in a half day trip.
