Unfortunately we had an awful experience with this company. We stood with our 2 young children for over an hour outside our hotel waiting for the driver to arrive. When we eventually Managed to get hold of the company they had clearly forgotten about the booking so rushed over to get us to drive us to some little shopping centre not on the tour to wait for our actual tour guide. After 2 hours we were eventually with our English speaking tour guide. He was really nice but clearly they had rushed to book the activities and it was so disorganised. They were apologetic and said they would compensate us. I messaged them a few times but I have been home 8 weeks and they haven’t been in touch . Total disappointment and expensive

Absolutely Amazing!

This was our first time in Dubai and wanted to see as much of this beautiful city as we could. Moncer, out tour guide helped us achieve that, he was AMAZING! Our group of four were absolutely impressed by Moncer's knowledge and stories of Dubai. He accommodated our request for the things we were interested in seeing and added some different places to our amazing experience. Super journée ! On a fait le tour des endroits les plus emblématique de dubai avec un guide qui parlait parfaitement le français et qui a su nous apprendre énormément de choses sur la ville, son histoire … grâce à ses connaissances ! Journée très bien organisée se terminant par un très bon dîner avec vue sur la burj khalifa ! Merci à notre guide Moncer pour sa gentillesse et au chauffeur ! Je recommande !!!!
