Received tickets via email day before or day off can’t remember but went straight to front entrance no need to wait in line. No issues with tickets easy and simple. Straight forward. Would recommend.

This experience took me from what should have been a wonderful visit to the Global Village Park in Dubai to one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have ever had. This is an explicit warning about the business practices of this provider via Viator.
The Misleading Booking:
The activity description on Viator was worded in such a way that I was clearly led to believe that a transfer (round-trip transportation) was included in the ticket price. It was only AFTER my booking, and upon my direct inquiry regarding the pickup time, that I was informed after a long and confusing back-and-forth that NO transfer was included. What I had purchased were simply entry tickets – at a highly inflated price compared to what other providers charge.
The Disastrous Customer Service:
As soon as I realized this, I contacted the provider IMMEDIATELY, within minutes of the booking confirmation. I explained the situation, stating that I had booked based on incorrect information and no longer wanted the tickets, and I requested a cancellation and refund.
The response was appalling: Not only was no action taken, but my concern was merely laughed off. I was told that a cancellation was "no longer possible" and that my money was gone. A goodwill solution or even a hint of customer friendliness? Nonexistent. I was left feeling completely abandoned and at the mercy of an uncooperative system. This complete lack of cooperation and respect for the customer is unacceptable.
Conclusion and Warning:
This experience was not a simple error, but a typical bait-and-switch tactic. Customers are lured into a purchase through opaque or ambiguous descriptions, only to be confronted with the reality after they are trapped. The unfriendly and uncooperative customer service is the second stage of this scheme, designed to prevent any possibility of a refund.
To be perfectly fair, the park itself is a truly beautiful and enjoyable experience. However, I explicitly advise EVERYONE against booking this ticket through Viator with this specific provider! Book directly on-site or through other channels; it is significantly cheaper and allows you to avoid these unscrupulous practices.
To Viator and the vendor: A business model based on misleading customers is ultimately doomed to fail. Your clientele is the reason for your success, and a customer-friendly service that responds promptly and offers a solution when a mistaken purchase is reported immediately should be a given. You have missed an opportunity here to gain a satisfied customer and have instead created a vocal critic.

The place is so big and massive that there are so many amazing areas to explore and to look at all the different cultures and all the food and rides. A wonderful time.

Very cool, just don't go on a Tuesday as it's family night and packed. Awesome venue to visit but don't go hungry, portion sizes are small and lines are long. A visual feast.

Very nice time had by family. Lots of food options and shopping. Had a good time taking pictures of each country representing. Missed out that phillipines is no longer there. Better access to a map would have been helpful to find what you are looking for.

The local Epcot. Food,snacks, over the top shopping in interesting ,large setting. Amusement rides if you have children.light shows. Family friendly. Crowded.

Good buy, directly you can go to entrance, no need to go to the ticket booth and wait in line. You will get tickets on WhatsApp and email as pdf.

Palestine was the best part! The complaint i have is that you have so many food outlets yet there were no places where we could sit and eat. When we found a place on a table and a cushion area we were asked to pay 60DH! Very bad this!

I didn't get my ticket on time and didn't have access on the internet so I had to buy the ticket from Global Village. I just wasted my money buying this Skip the Line ticket on Viator. I asked for a refund but was ignored.

This place is huge and has so much to see and so many food options and stores. I only had one bad experience in the Asian world. When I went to look for items in the anime store the lady followed me around the entire store without saying a word. It made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Other than that, I had a good time.

Nice place to take pictures during the night with all the building lights on. It's not crowded during the weekdays and have a thai massage, and it's really good! Something missing would be the roller coaster 🎢.

Booking process was easy and plenty of correspondence with the agents which was reassuring. Personally the Global village wasn’t for us. It was very crowded and for vegetarians there was little choice of food. However it was a good experience and it would be a great evening for families.

Die unterschiedlichen Nationen mit ihren Märkten sind interessant und schön, leider mehrfach das doppelt oder dreifach anstelle einer vielfältigen Abwechslung.
Eine unverschämtheit ist dagegen der Unterhaltungspark mit seiner Guthaben Karte Philosophie , man muss eine der vier Guthabenhöhen kaufen plus die Karte, und am Ende des vergnügungfahrten Abends kann das Restguthaben nicht aufgebraucht oder zurück getauscht werden. Obwohl es das Parkpersonal empfiehlt, das Tickethaus Personal es aber verweigert.

Un parc d’attractions magnifique, ou tous les continents sont représentés. De belles représentations de monuments, des quartiers typiques avec de bons petits snacks de nourritures variées et une foire à manèges ou petits et grands seront ravis.
