The host ‘Tariq’ I felt personally was unprofessional and out of line with how he interacted with me. He would keep asking to meet up and asking for pictures of my outfit to be sent on whatsapp which is extremely inappropriate. If you’re a young female, would not recommend this company at all. Mujeeb was the driver and guide I had for the desert safari. He did the best he could and overall provided me with updates on all the activities and kept me in the loop on everything. He also did a decent job with the sand duning and was alert during some of the activities. Unfortunately with the quad biking, you are left unsupervised. I clearly told him I had no driving or biking experience, he did the best he could to make sure I was okay on the bike the first 10-15 mins then he eventually left. I ended up falling off the quad bike and sustained a minor injury. Have a pretty bad cruise on my upper left thigh, and my right thumb and index hurt. My entire body hurts after the fall. With the sand boarding, I also got a pretty bad scratch on my ankle. Overall, if you’re doing the safari, you want a good team that will make the experience memorable and they treat you with respect, and they ensure you’re alright throughout the process and not being left attended. I would highly book your safari activity elsewhere and avoid this company. Thanks.

Fun in the desert!

Our guide, Baseer, was wonderful! We spent this day of adventure on my birthday and Baseer ensured it was special. My favorite part of the day was driving the ATVs and sand surfing in the desert! Baseer picked us up in Dubai and pointed out important sites along the way, which also made this adventure educational! IF YOU TAKE THIS TOUR, BRING GOGGLES and purchase a head wrap to save your eyes and face from the whipping sand. Also wear older cloths because you will be VERY sandy at the end. You do have an opportunity to wash up before dinner, so no worries about that. I am giving this 4 and not 5 stars because my family (2 adult children and my gain and) did not enjoy the 300 person crowd at the bbq in the evening. Many people seemed to enjoy themselves, but it just wasn’t for us.

I booked the 13:00 hs for the tour at 14:30 hs and we just stayed waiting at the hotel until 15:30 hs and we stayed in contact , where we were informed that they would not come , because it was exhausted ! Total lack of respect
