Booked on the day. Fabulous price. We did the 5pm trip so benefitted from the sunset and it was cooler. Superb value for money. Gives you a good perspective of Dubai from the water including many major hotels and landmarks.

Their Viator listing did not mention any age limit of 65 when I booked the tour. We only discovered this after arriving. They initially refused to provide a refund, and we spent over an hour disputing the issue with their staff, with Viator’s assistance, before a full refund was finally issued. It was a complete waste of time and extremely disappointing, especially after paying for transportation only to be turned away.
The customer service was unacceptable. Even after I showed the staff the Viator app description, he insisted it was our problem. He also falsely claimed that the refund had already been approved. We later confirmed with Viator that this was untrue. It was not until a manager became involved and made a phone call that the refund was finally released through Viator.

I was told the tour was canceled after i arrived on time and paid for a uber ride. No apology, no compensation. At least 30 mins notice before would do!

The Dubai Speedboat Tour was an incredible experience! Cruising past the Marina, Atlantis, the Palm, and the Burj Al Arab offered amazing photo opportunities. The ride was fast, fun, and exciting, and the crew made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. A great way to see Dubai from a whole new perspective!

We booked and paid via Viator. We arrived at the venue only to be told that we were too old to go on the trip (60 and 62). We are both very fit and healthy.
We were informed it was in the small print but then no-one could show us any terms and conditions anywhere that states this. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to the trip.

Not worth the time and money, we were supposed to go around all of the palm and see all the hotels but because of strong waves we couldnt do anything, no pictures nothing. They could have easily rescheduled or just offered a refund because all we did was sit on a speed boat doing like 10 mph for 1h 30 mins. Waste of time

A fun speedboat ride, seeing the views. Boat staff were very helpful, taking photos for us and giving information on landmarks. Route was on the sea then back through part of the palm and marina.

Brilliant speedboat tour around the outside of the Palm. Nice to get a leisurely view of the Marina before a thrilling ride, but beware, you do get wet!

This is the greatest way to see some of the sites that are further away close up like the 7 star burj al Arab, Atlantis, Ferris wheel , kings private island, the palm. And go super fast with a few amusement ride like turns in the water. Awesome.

We arrived at the venue to be told the boat ride was cancelled due to high winds. No attempt made to contact us beforehand. Was offered alternative but declined as sea was choppy. Told we would get email same day confirming cancellation but not heard since . We are still awaiting refund. Several people arrived to the same fate. Many ( including ourselves) had paid taxis to get to the meeting point.

Views of the famous landmarks of Dubai Marina, Dubai Eye, Palm Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach hotel to name a few and the thrilling ride on the speedboat which could have been more exhilarating were they able to do more twists and turns with the speedboat once it was out in the open water. Appreciate health and safety issues may have been the reason but felt they could have pushed the speedboats a bit more than they did.

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say of the experience. Perfect check-in experience, all the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the boat ride is a mixture of relaxing and thrilling, stopping at a few of the major waterfront attractions in Dubai. Wish it was longer because it's so fun!

- Would not recommend for a family of young kids
- No thought out regard for child safety bar giving you a life jacket. Didn’t check life jacket for child was on properly ( kids life jackets you need to put a strap under their leg)nor was it displayed how to put on a child.
- Same jacket size for adult and 7 year old
- Kids allowed to sit on front seat with no bar in front of them.
- Seemed to have overbooked. As told family or four we could sit at front together, not actually no room for more than 1 adult and 2 kids.
I then squeezed in next to two adults. If they had been bigger in size I wouldn’t have fitted into the boat.
If above issues cleared up then absolutely fine to recommend.

Was asked to move seats so a man could sit down. Left a bad taste in my mouth! No structure when it came to taking photos and the same people hogged the front of the boat so you missed out on getting individual photos!

Great views of the big hotels on the palm. Only down side is that the music being played at an ear splitting volume. Completely unnecessary. Would be every bit as fun packed with the volume down or not at all. .
