Driver never turned up for my pick up. No communication at all. The provider does not pick up the phone and their WhatsApp chat is AI. I wasted an hour waiting for them and I feel like I wasted my whole afternoon. Very disappointed. I honestly don’t understand how they have other good reviews.
Zero communication is the worst!
