The tour itself was comfortable, organised and our guide, Uschi, was just fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about what she does. Her enthusiasm for learning more about the area is admirable.
The van was modern and air conditioned. We were also provided with thoughtful and delicious snacks (homemade mango muffins were great!), lunch, cold towelette and plenty of much needed cold water.
We had plenty of time to explore the park, swim and truly enjoy our time there. We didn’t feel rushed and felt well taken care of due to the small number of the group.
Would highly recommend this tour and company for anyone looking for a premium and tailored experience!

It is a full and very interesting day, with great food and a very knowledgeable tour guide. Early start was worth it and the time went quickly. Our guide knew when to talk and when not to. Stops were varied and never rushed. Plenty of time for swimming and / or walking. Small group size was a bonus, the group were encouraged to interact. Lunch was a highlight, as were little treats during the trip. Exceptional value.

Several of the waterfalls were impressive and would no doubt be even better just after the wet season. My daughters enjoyed swimming in the thermal spring and other water hole
Response from Host, Aug 2024
Hi Barry, We are happy to hear your daughters had fun swimming in the various spots you visited on your trip. I trust the short walk options, homemade food, expert commentary, relaxed pace and avoidance of crowds also appealed to them and you during the trip. It is great you are thinking about the wet season waterfalls as it is truly a spectacular time to visit. See you in the wet !

Absolutely fantastic tour, great guide, vehicle, food and locations. Karen was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide.
Response from Host, Aug 2024
Hi Gary,

Knowledge of the tour guide was brilliant, she was very helpful when Paula fell over, applying first aid in a very professional way, sites visited where great, only shame was information listed on Viator to wife allergy to cheese was not passed onto tour operator
Response from Host, Jul 2024
Hi Phil,
We are happy you had a great day out despite the breakdown in communication regarding the food allergy. As you may be aware from the other 500 or so reviews we take the food aspect of our experiences very seriously which is also why we confirm tours the day before by text in case we miss anything and also to give guests the chance to reconfirm any special needs. Unfortunately in this instance this was not enough. Again our apologies. We will revert back to Trip Advisor and see how we can streamline that information better and endevour to avoid this in the future. From a consumer position I would advise that these things can also be better avoided by dealing directly with the supplier rather than through a third party booking site. Warm Regards, Rob

Litchfield park and Berry springs was a unique experience, full of wildlife and amazing scenery. The lagoons at Berry springs were beautifully warm and full of fish - an incredible swimming experience. The tour guide, Carl, was full of useful information and the his commentary was never dull. The catering was great, my veggie salad was enormous and really tasty. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

I have just done this Litchfield tour and would definitely recommend. This was a small group tour of 9 people led by Carl who did an excellent job of commentary and organizing the day. No sector was too long and there were homemade refreshments along the way. The chicken salad for lunch was excellent, all served in individual containers and being kept cold. There was sufficient time at all stops for swimming and sightseeing. The tour started about 7.00am and finished at about 5.00pm.
Linda_R, Mar 2024
Great tour guide, so well looked after, everything provided. We were lucky to get out as there had been a bad storm the day before so special attention had to be carried out with regards to the Salties!!
Response from Host, Mar 2024
Hi Linda,
Yep, wet sesaon brings some uncertainty for travel up here but as you found out it is more than made up for by how green, lush and vibrant everything is. Litchfield in the wet season is something we love to offer people. Thank you for being up for the adventure.
Jack_R, Jul 2023
Our tour guide Rob was the best with his knowledge, insights, personality and knowing where the best places were to take us and at what times.
Franziska_T, Jan 2023
We loved our trip to Litchfield. Guided by Rob we had the most wonderful time exploring the natur. Rob was very informativ and told us so much things about Australia, the regions we drove through and so much more! Lunch was also really tasty, even as we asked for some vegetarian meal. We couldn't ask for more and highly recommend this tour to everyone who wants to spent an exciting and beautiful day.
Tiani_C, Jan 2023
A very personalised and tailored day out with like minded people. You couldn't ask for more from a day trip really.
Jasmine_J, Sep 2022
Berry Springs first thing in the morning was so beautiful. Had a great day. Would do it again if we come back to Darwin.
Roger_D, Sep 2022
The driver and guide Clancy was excellent, very informative and very friendly. It was an excellent way to see Lichfield.
Jane_O, Jul 2022
We would highly recommend this tour. Clancy our tour guide was both informative, accomodating to everyones requests. We saw great highlights of Litchfield Park, the swimming at Berry Hot springs and Wangi Falls was brilliant. We dropped off at the town of Bachelor for a museum showing life back in the day. Times have certainly changed. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea was exceptional. All in all a great experience and a fantastic day.
Susanna_L, Jul 2022
The tour takes you to the beautiful Berry Springs where you have the option to swim in this perfect temperature water. You then head to Litchfield and enjoy the highlights of this National Park including Wangi Falls, Florence Falls and Tolmer Falls. Lunch is a fantastic chicken and avocado salad with lots of delicious morsels throughout the salad. The tour is a relatively short day but if all you want to do is see the highlights in a short space of time without having to drive yourself or find the places yourself this is a great tour. Clancy was a tour guide and was amazing.
John_P, Jul 2022
What an awesome trip. Great guides, Rob and Kate are brilliant. Highly recommended and will come back again!
Catherine_G, Jul 2022
Knowledgeable guide passionate about the local environment, including d plant and bird life. Wonderful homemade morning and afternoon tea, and lunch in a tranquil location.
Alicia_L, Jun 2022
We had the best time swimming in the waterholes in Litchfield and it was made even better with an amazing tour guide
John_V, Jun 2022
Our driver, tour guide, chef was everything you wanted. She is a credit to the company. A well balanced tour with plenty of breaks. A thought- if you reversed the itinerary then people when they are hot and dusty could enjoy a swim, end of day. Would definitely recommend the company rather then sitting on a 35 seat coach.
Shirley_H, Jun 2022
What a fantastic day out to Litchfield! Clancy was totally organised and very knowledgeable of the area and features of the park. Lunch and snacks were just amazing and delicious and plenty to go around. The only suggestion I have is that you throw a few pool noodles into into the van!
Gill_C, Jun 2022
We all had plenty of time to swim in the pools , cascade’s /waterfalls .
And our female guide /driver was most informative
Marilyn_D, May 2022
From beginning to end this was THE BEST tour of our time in Darwin. Comfortable vehicle, excellent knowledge of area, delicious food, wonderful waterfalls and swimming areas.
Greg_R, May 2022
Great tour, very informative, super guide and recommend absolutely. The whole experience was first class. Rob very professional and obviously passionate about the ecology of Litchfield park. Thanks Rob.
Sarah_M, May 2022
I really enjoyed the day. Small group, lively commentary, glorious spots, delicious food. Thank you.
Andrew_C, Apr 2022
Small group, Rob was a first class host, lots of interesting information with some witty yarns thrown in. Swimming in the watering holes was memorable, excellent lunch near the swamp, and some little extras on top, ice pops and cold towels to keep you cool. Captivated my 9 year old daughter which is no easy task.
