Save your money. This is essentially a pre-booked taxi. On arrival at Tiger Hill you’re pointed up a dark hill with no further instructions (luckily there’s a crowd). I highly recommend Tiger Hill, but would just get a taxi from a stand, will be 10x cheaper. Admission is not included either. Also, photos are misleading, so read what’s included. Ghoom Monastery and Batasia loop are pictured but not included.
