A must do tour

Elaine_M, Feb 2026
Great guide Ankit. We learnt so much about the past and present history of Darjeeling. It was fascinating hearing from a local person. We had lunch and our tour ended up being 3 1/2hrs. A must do tour if you're in Darjeeling

Response from Host, Apr 2026

An interesting tour of past events

Edward_D, Mar 2024
The historical aspect of. British tea development and the comparison with Simla. The former commercial lively and busy, the latter retaining Surrey in the Himalayas. The locals didn’t want Brits to go fearing China: the Tibetans came as refugees. Gymkhana club preserved Empire in Victorian Brown paint and very welcoming. To reinforce the history we met at the Oxford Bookstore!
