Such a fun experience! I must admit, I love to river raft in new locations when travelling and rafting on the Cetina did not disappoint! A beautiful river, gorgeous canyon, fun rapids, and a swim made for a great activity! My guide, Mario, was knowledgeable and helpful and helped made the trip very enjoyable. A fun way to meet others when travelling solo as well! If you are near Split and are looking for a fun adventure outside the city, I highly recommend this trip!

Great experience - please read any scared of heights

A great first time rafting experience! Suitable for first timers. The guide team are there to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment being there to help immediately if you are found in any trouble. Those scared of heights should know there is a 100m cliff climb at the end of experience. A gentle enough rocky path to climb but at some points a bit uneasy for unsure footed people. Only negative comment is the rafts/boats were tired and our guide had to stop twice to blow ours back up!!

First time in Croatia and rafting was definitely on the list to try. After reading multiple reviews, I decided to go with this one. I very glad that I did because it was a blast. After missing my 6:45am alarm clock, I panicked, reached out to them and the associate was kind enough to add me to the 2pm slot. So grateful that she did. The team was great and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment. Some visitors were in charge if their own raft but I was with a lead. Marko was a great slipper. I hopped in and out if the raft like a fish and assisted everyone. They all work well together and I highly recommend you book!

Fun family adventure but read review for cruise passenger heads up

While this was an overall fun excursion, there are a couple of things to be aware of: 1) upon arriving into Split on our cruise ship, the meeting spot was not very clear and when we finally found it, we had to wait 30+ minutes for someone to arrive. 2) upon being grouped into vans, it was a 30-40 minute drive to the base camp. At base camp it was very unorganized with getting equipment and suited up. Definitely room for improvement on streamlining this process. 3) after getting equipment, you load into vans again and drive another 10 minutes to the river starting point. After a quick safety demonstration and loading into our rafts, it was a beautiful and serene start to the rafting trip. Once we reached rapids, the guides did a great job of assisting and explaining each portion. No complaints the the rafting portion although it is long (2+ hours of rafting) but lots of fun rapids and beautiful scenery along the way. 4) at the end of the rafting and getting out of the river, it is a VERY long and steep hike up the canyon to the top (at least a 20-30 minute hike straight up)! There is definitely room for improvement on the clean-up and leaving process. Two vans of people got to leave right away but the other 2 vans of people (the cruise passengers that had to get back to Split) stood around for literally an hour while we waited for the guides to load all the rafts onto a trailer. Then we had a 45 minutes drive back to Split. I understand this is being run by some 20-year old guides but there is definitely room for improvement on the organization and execution of transportation details. Overall a fun family adventure.

If there was any confusion or difficulty on arrival, we would have been happy to assist via phone or email — we’re always available to help guests in real time. As for the tour duration, it is clearly outlined on our website and on all partner platforms that this is a half-day experience lasting longer than two hours, including transfer time, briefing, and rafting. We understand this can feel long if you’re on a tight schedule, but we aim to provide a full and enriching experience. Lastly, as the Cetina River flows through a canyon, the only way to exit is by walking the designated path up to the land — unfortunately, there’s no alternative due to the natural terrain. Only downside was that we had to wait quite a while in the morning for those being collected by the bus, and then had to walk a little way in the afternoon due to people not listening and taking things that couldn't go rafting and leaving it on the bus. Otherwise it was good experience.

Brilliant experience on the river today. So well organised. Took our 3 kids (13, 11, 8) and the smiles didn’t leave their faces. The guides were super professional, some of the rapids were challenging but they were there to support. Plus a fab swim in the beautiful, fresh water too. Definitely recommend!

My friend and I really enjoyed white water rafting with Go Adventures. We opted for the transfer from Split, which was well organised and well communicated (as the start time and meeting point had been adjusted). Go Adventures provided all the equipment and expertise needed for a super fun, safe and enjoyable rafting experience!

Best tour I've taken in Split. And I've done Mostar, Krka, Blue Cave tours. River rafting was so much fun. Scenary is stunning. The guides were hilarious, helpful, and know what they're doing. One thing I would note is that our group had 4 rafts, and 2 of them had guides. That means the other 2 rafts had to steer left and right themselves, which is difficult during rapids. Even though the guides did get out of the rafts to help them multiple times, I would say it's a much more relaxing and safe experience if you're with a guide.

Rapids on a sunny day

I took my son 17 years old … neither had done rafting down rapid before; this was a mix of gentle rapids with a couple of more challenging episodes along the way … very suitable for families with active children; the guides were super professional too and kept the group together; some beautiful scenery and peaceful stretches, including a refreshing swim on a very hot day. Excellent adventure. Hoping to get a link to photos taken by the guides soon.

The larger rapids and the beautiful nature - and very qualified guides, that knew the river and rapids very well. That we could stear the boats ourselves through the rapids without a guide onboard. We made the extreme tour in start August 2021 and it wasn’t wild, but still great fun.
