Great evening on the town and river.

Our guide Mun was wonderful to show us around the city on this tour. Explaining the local food and its origin and how it differs from the North. The Rickashaw ride was a lovely way to relax after eating. The Pagoda was a beautiful colourful site to witness. Mun (guide) was very good with her English as well discussed the local culture and comparison. Great night out on town.

Great Tour and Guide

What a wonderful evening to start our vacation. Mun was so personable. Nice relaxing walking tour. That included a rickshaw and boat ride. Go on Friday thru Sunday to catch the fire water show on Dragon Bridge. Highly recommended this

It was absolutely terrible Started 30 minutes late It was not what we booked at all We booked a dinner cruise not a 2 hour walk a bowl of soup sites not able to enter Guide nice but English not that good keep rushing us for no need

Dear Michell, We totally understand your feelings at that time since we also did stand by at our location for 1 hour from 3.pm to try to meet you there and we sent you 2 massages via Viator system and we tried to contact to you by phone but failure.Finally we were looking around and found you, not comin late .We are so sorry about this incovinence to you. Secondly, you took whole experience with us from Riskshall for 1 hour, Beef Pho cooked by our famous chef and local sugarcan juice with visiting some local sites before we took you on the Cruise. Since the cruise at the time was fully people for the weekend so for safety reason that that is enough space for our guide coming with you.We hope you understand with us. Thirdly you may not read carefully that the trip is not inclusive dinner on cruise with our cost.Dinner at the local restaurant not on cruise with our cost. Finally,we understand that you are not happy with the trip even you enjoyed all the service,as a trusted tour operator on TripAdvisor for many years so we send the email and ask them to make 50% refund of the tour values to you so we hope that it can make you feel reasonably with us.
