We had a fantastic cruise to see the Dragon Bridge. The Captain stopped the boat directly in front of the head of the dragon and we had a ring side seat for the flames to shoot from the dragons mouth. The entertainment onboard was beautiful and my wife and I enjoyed the night immensely. Highly recommend this cruise to all.

We had a fantastic cruise to see the Dragon Bridge. The Captain stopped the boat directly in front of the head of the dragon and we had a ring side seat for the flames to shoot from the dragons mouth. The entertainment onboard was beautiful and my wife and I enjoyed the night immensely. Highly recommend this cruise to all.

Maybe we were unlucky will never know the answer our trip was cancelled the previous Saturday something about a festival 🤷♂️ we rebooked for following Friday only to be told 6 hours before that the dragon display was cancelled to morn some famous person then to cap it all it left the harbour 30 minutes late
On the pluss side it had a large upper deck and staff worked hard to serve you

Recently in Da Nang, there were some festival with Fireworks Competition then every Saturday we have stop running to serve Fireworks Package then there were some funerals of our leaders then Dragon Bridge also stop the show.

Unorganised, says there is a show. - one lady singing one song, who we could not see from a seating point of view.
Serving alcohol, but No white wine at all.

Actually, as the policy that the show takes for you 15 minutes in front of the Cruise just for safety reason not take longer because the Cruise only takes a 60 minutes riding on the river.

The trip started late by about 25 minutes. The intention was to see the golden bridge dragon breathing fire which we did and had a good view. Sadly the boat returned to the jetty without waiting to see the firework display which was a shame and I think there was time to have waited. Overall not bad value for money.

We do applogy for spending more time on the river for our guests to see the fireworks as you expect. Since our cruise has to follow up the set up time from the local authority for riding on the river, we can not ride over time due to the traffic on the river.Because our cruise/yatch mainly serve our guests to see Dragon Bridge's fire and water show at friday and weekend, not serve our guests to see fireworks little bit late.

Cruise was supposed to start at 8pm so we hab to be at the meeting point at 7.30pm. Once on board we were shown the menu for drinks where you had the choice of one included beverage like water or a soft drink.
Other drinks could be purchased on board for reasonable prices.
The cruise actually started around 8.50pm. so we've been on board for about an hour. Cause the crew was still managing to fill up the boat with passengers. When it started raining everyone was getting downstairs cause on the upper deck was no rain cover. So it got a little crowded and cramped down there.
We made it just in time to see the dragon bridge show. The cruise itself was quite boring. The were some building giving a led show on their facade but that's all there to see. The trip lasted about 45min.
All in all definitively not worth 13$.
I recommend just going to the dragon bridge or a near by pier to enjoy the dragon bridge show. Saves you money and waiting time.

Firstly, we would like do appology for boarding for late 10 minutes because we had to wait for another guests coming late due to the traffic and they contacted to us in advance because we did not want there missing their cruising.
As stated your ticket included with cold local beer not snack.
Since the cruise covering with 250 guests for one hours riding and we can not standby to serve you all the time as you expect like in the bar.
Finally, kindly note that our cost is 13 usd for one hour cruise on the river coming with 1 item of local beer, like what you drunk at any bar in Da Nang city but you would like to have the best service that is quite hard because the cost coming with its experience.
You may see other guests reviewed us for what they would like to experience that is easy for your to understand.
Any way, we take your lesson and we will try improve the service as we can.

After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to book but we just wanted to see the dragon bridge performance and for the cost I thought how bad could it be for an hour. Well it was perfect, because at was good, view was good, service was good and staff polite but busy. Read the reviews again and I think those people bought the ticket for a river cruise. For the cost and what we wanted it was great, want a scenic river cruise pay an appropriate fee.

But from this cost, but our travellers would like to have the high class level of service and well take care that is very hard since the cruise is big with 3 levels covering with 250 guests for one time of riding.
We just offer good experience with satisfied cost since we think twice about our customers.

Every site discussing things to see in Da Nang mention the bridges at night. This tour has them all. The boats are brightly lit up and fun to look at. The bridges are lit up and interesting architecture. The music on the boat was a fun mixture of 80s movies music and Vietnamese music and technopop. There was an included drink in the cost and you could buy more if you wanted. The 1 1/2 hour cruise was definitely worth the small cost and fun!

Left before disembarking. Totally disappointed, they had assigned seating and we didn’t like our location even though we were one of the first on the boat. Staff was not friendly, but this could have been a language issue. We definitely were not happy. Pass on the cruise and just walk across the dragon bridge for a great view of the fire-breathing dragon.

The dragon bridge

This was a bit of a mess. Told to dock the boat at 7:45 for a 8pm departure. We sat in the port until 8:30 (for a 9pm fire show). I was sat at a small single table with an older couple. An attendant served them and not me, and when I followed up later about my free drink, she tried to charge me for it. The traditional dance was performed while people were still being seated and we hadn't left the port yet. The river is OVERLOADED with similar boats trying to get a view of the Dragon Bridge, so it's a race to get a good spot which we obviously didn't get. The show only goes for a few minutes so sitting on the boat for 90 mins didn't feel worth it. Only good thing was chatting to other guests on the boat. This would have been a better experience waiting on the bridge underneath the dragon head instead. This is just a tourist scam, don't waste your money, no matter how cheap the ticket is.

Actually our Cruise with 3 floors shaping Vietnamese Tradictional Bamboo for serving 250 guests at the same time,it is big indeed.
Sorry for keeping you waiting for 20 minutes because we have to wait for some group of guests coming to our Cruise since we do not want they miss the Cruise for Dragon Bridge's Fire Show at the weekend.
As you know there are some other cruise also on the river so these cruises may view the Dragon Bridge's Fire and Water Show before us.
As you said that our Cruise is low cost just 13 usd for 90 minutes on the Cruise coming with tasty local beer and Dragon Bridge's Show that you can not find any similar cost around this world for your better experience.So we hope you understand the price is worth for the experience that you had,not lower than you expect with this price.

Racist Awful People.
When I get on the boat the staff start discussing vigorously then tell me there's no space for me and put me behind the bar with people who are running around working. I then see they giving white people actual seats. I argue and suddenly no one knows anything.
As I'm trying to find an actual seat the staff keep telling me "not for you" but then sit white people who arrive.
Then they proceeded to ignore me when I wanted a drink. No amount of waving or calling got them away from the whites.
Absolutely disgusting!

Very disorganised boarding. We had top deck access but it was raining and they hadn't pulled the covers over. They made us sit in the bottom level of the boat which was really crowded.
They didn't seem to understand the viator ticket. As had to do google translate to get the beer.
The traditional dance was one lady, not in costume and pretty average and basic steps.
We went on top deck layer and found They had pulled covers over and it was packed. Had difficulty fi ding somewhere to stand.
Only would recommend to do because of price and to see dragon fire on weekend

Some times,we have to wait for another guests because we want them not missing the trip with us but not much time.
Cocktail that you would like to have is always 3/4 is our standard if 4/4 making over the glass when we move on the cruise.
Our cruise has to stop far from Dragon bridge when it has a show that is for safe since our cruise is big.

Moved about 2 km up and down the river, a few minutes of the Dragon breathing, poor seating, terrible food. One of the least interesting city cruises I have ever done. Rather watch the Dragon Bridge from the street - even then it is hugely underwhelming.
