Great trip. Met at a cafe, walked around the markets to pick some of the fresh ingredients we needed for our cooking class. We then took a short bus ride to the bamboo village. We got to learn a few dishes by a chef who has worked in 5 star restaurants for over 15 years. The bamboo boat was the best part, our boat lady spoke little English but she had so much energy and made the boat ride so fun. We did a little bit of crab fishing (very successfully) and let them go at the end. We were then dropped back at Hoi An, a great afternoon

An experience that gave me an insight into the tradional Vietnam. Tim is a very experienced chef and explained the recipes in detail and we had a hands on experience. Lantern makibg added colour to te experience .
